The living room features plush sofas, a smart TV, and a decorative fireplace. In the adjacent well-equipped kitchen to whip up a tasty meal. Share your creations with those you love at the formal dining table. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and boast comfortable bedding. Thanks to the condo's central air-conditioning you will stay cool all summer. An extra layer of convenience can be found when you utilize the in-unit washer/dryer. Put on your favorite bathing suit and hop into the on-site shared pool for a refreshing swim, or simmer down in the hot tub with a tasty drink in hand. Evenings can be ended with a relaxing chat out on the patio, talking with a loved one.

This property is a 3 bedroom condo with a split floor plan and ensuite bathroom, making it an ideal space for individuals, couples, friends and families alike.

Kitchen: The condo has a fully stocked kitchen complete with an electric oven/stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, etc. It has plenty of pots/pans.
*There is a grocery store within walking distance of the property
Living Room: There is a Smart TV with Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). The living room offers enough space to unwind after a day of travel in the area.
*Wifi is provided for your convenience
Bedrooms: The Primary bedroom offers a Queen size bed and private bathroom, Guest bedroom #2 offers a queen bed, and bedroom #3 offers a queen bed.
Infants: We have a Pack-N-Play available only upon request! Please notify us when booking if one will be needed.
Bathrooms: The master bathroom has a sink a separate make up area and a private shower the main bathroom features a shower/bathtub.
*Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for each guest. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.

Patio: There is one patio on the property, located off of the living space. It is the perfect place to enjoy your favorite morning beverage and take in the beauty of Sedona.

Washer/Dryer: The condo has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience.
Amenities: The property grounds feature a community pool, two hot tubs, and two full-size tennis courts/pickleball courts for guests to use at their convenience. In addition, there are two BBQ grills located just outside of the pool area. **Although it is rarely shut down, we cannot guarantee the pool and spa will be open during your stay.**

This area is a quiet, serene community with full time residence in the area. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Thank you for your understanding!

Parking - There is one covered parking spot assigned to this home. Additional uncovered parking is available in the common parking space on the property.

The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest.

Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. If a violation occurs, additional fees will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.

If it is available, early check-in is a charge of $25/each additional hour (beyond the first hour). To ensure the property is ready for incoming guests, late check-out is not possible. Thank you for understanding.

Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.

We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.

Please note that glass containers of any kind are forbidden at the pool and spa areas. The HOA has notified us that should any glass break in the pool or spa area it will have to be closed, drained, vacuumed, and refilled. This is extremely time consuming and costly. The culprit would be responsible for any fee's.
