The Lake Don Pedro Subdivision encompasses over 12,000 acres of rolling foothills in the heart of the California Mother lode. It is nestled between two premier recreational lakes with 160 and 80 miles of shoreline, respectively and is situated in both Tuolumne and Mariposa counties.


WILDLIFE- Friends staying at Rick's Lake House, please remember you are coming to enjoy the Sierras and all its natural habitats! You may see birds, deer, animals, mosquitos, insects, lizards, and even snakes! Please stay on cleared pathways and do not venture into the tall weeds/ grass!

With water levels that continue to rise and drop this lake house does not offer a sandy beach or dock.

Children can not be left unattended outside under 12 years old
Garage usage for guests: No
-Do not drive down to the water, the owner is not responsible for guests' vehicles getting stuck and guests are responsible for damage to the grounds
-Boats must be launched at Moccasin, boats can anchor at the cabin
-No tree-cutting of any kind
