Be one of the first to vacation at the best condo at Phoenix West. Our condo is perfectly situated on the 7th floor directly overlooking the lazy river. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. You can also park directly on the 7th floor and avoid the elevators!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar, 50'' flat screen HDTV with Blue Ray DVD in living room with surround sound, a master with a king bed and a 42'' flatscreen TV with a DVD player in the master, a second bedroom with a king bed and a wall mounted 32'' TV, a third bedroom with two queen beds and a 32' TV, queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room, laundry room with full size washer and dryer.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts. We also have both the condos next door, 705 and 707, perfect for large families!!



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Perfect Family Vacation 2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location, close to restaurants, shopping, and fun. The lazy river was the best and made our stay so relaxing. The condo was the perfect size for 6 adults and 2 babies. The kitchen was spacious enough for a few of us to cook together. Oh, and the separate ice machine was a hit!! It kept our coolers full of ice and drinks cold. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with beautiful sunsets and dolphins in the morning. We plan on coming back and staying at this condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Family Vacation

The unit was spacious and had a great view of the Gulf. We enjoyed the lazy River, hot tub and beach. Beds were comfy and we had all we needed for a nice week together.

Moldy shower curtains, no dustpan, lightbulbs burnt out and a poorly designed kitchen faucet/countertop that didn’t allow for full water pressure to name a few. Also, the filtered refrigerator water was not hooked up. We were with a large party occupying 2 additional units which were far more updated yet the same price.while Phoenix rentals fixed what was fixable,I feel like units like this should rent for less. We will come again to PW but not 706

Perfect vacation

Aside from the condo being dirty with dirty linens left in the closets and old soap in the showers this condo was exactly as pictured. Very spacious, great location. Will definitely be back.

It’s a good size condo so lots of room to move around. Had 4 bathrooms which is nice. The cleanliness could have been better. Only an hour after checking in and walking around our feet were black. So could use a good mopping. Also, our sheets when we unmade the bed had hair in it that was not ours so that was a bit unpleasant. The kitchen needs a few more items, such as a few more storage containers, an oven mit. And the biggest thing that could be a big issue for someone if they were to work from here and need to make calls is there was ZERO cell service on any of our phones all week. And you could only FaceTime or text in condo with people who had iPhones. Otherwise you have to go to the beach. Wi-Fi worked just fine but absolutely no cell service. Each of our phones said SOS the entire time. We asked other families staying in this property and they said that was not an issue for them. So just a heads up for anyone staying in future. But overall it was a good stay. And you can’t beat the view.

Our feet were black from walking around bare foot in the condo. There is a bar stool that needs to be repaired, replaced or removed. Great week in Orange Beach

We visited after spring break and before school let out so the property was not crowded. I loved the fact that there was plenty of security and we always saw maintenence people working on something. Property was immaculately maintained! I guess that's why units for sale in this building start at $1M. Would have been nice if outdoor pool and lazy river would have been heated though. Would also reccomend some non-stick pan options for the kitchen.

We did have a problem with the cleaning at the condo. Floors were very dirty and so were some of the dishes in the cabinets. When dining in one night, we found there were only four forks.... Not quite enough for our party. The kitchen stools need some repair. All in all, we enjoyed our time at Phoenix West and hope to stay there in the future.

Perfect Family Condo

Wonderful condo and great location that fits all your needs. Overlooks lazy River. Sitting on balcony was a pleasure. Watched dolphins swimming by. So much activity on beach. Watched storms roll in and out. Would definitely rent this condo again!

First Trip to the Gulf Coast

We had such a fun time staying in Orange Beach in April! Our trip coincidentally overlapped the Mullet Toss at the Flora-Bama and that was a very fun beach party. The Phoenix West was a nice condo building (the only condo I've stayed in before, so I don't have any other experience to compare it to) & conveniently located. We enjoyed the beach & the pool areas. The condo itself could do with a good deep cleaning (you'll notice the tile grout is nearly black in the high traffic areas, but looks to have been a light gray color originally) & we wish that more cleaning supplies had been provided (we had to buy our own garbage bags, dishwasher cleaner, dish soap, and laundry detergent) & while we appreciated all of the cupboards being stock with cookware, plates/bowls/cups, utensils, tupperware, etc. we wish there had been some basic cooking supplies (oil, seasonings, tin foil, the like), but overall, it was a very nice space for our 8 day stay. Tip - do not drive up to park on the 7th floor, but instead park on a lower level and take the elevator up :)

Best Stay!

We were blown away by this place! It was beautiful , clean, cozy, stylish, and had everything we could ever need. We felt right at home and the views were amazing! Convenient to everything and allowed memories our family will never forget! We appreciate use these hosts very much! Indoor pool was a hit, especially when it was chilly outsid.e. Thank you!!
