A casa é linda, o condomínio maravilhoso, a piscina deliciosa. A proprietária sempre pronta para sanar qualquer dúvida com todo carinho. A casa fica a 10 min a pé da rua das Pedras. Ao mesmo tempo, parece que está bem distante do Centro pela tranquilidade e paz. A casa é bem limpa e confortável. Além de tudo, vale exaltar a boa energia que a casa tem, rodeada de verde por todos os lados.
