About this property

Honey Bear Ridge - Exceptional Views in Continental Cliffs

The moment you step inside Honey Bear Ridge you will feel right at home. This property offers spacious one-level living complimented by cathedral ceilings and natural wood & stone accents throughout. It's clear that the home was designed with the views in mind, with plenty of floor-to-ceiling windows facing the breathtaking mountain landscape. Just off the main living room, enjoy the full scope of the land from the covered deck, featuring a wood burning fireplace.

The left side of the home offers a luxurious eat-in kitchen and dining space, followed by the Primary bedroom suite. The room has a King bed and a dreamy ensuite bathroom including a jacuzzi-style tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity sinks. All topped off with access to the deck!

The other side of the home has a smaller Den and 4 additional bedrooms: One with a King bed and attached bath(shared with hall), two Queen bedrooms with deck access and a jack-and-jill style attached bathroom, and finally a single room with 2 Twins.
A few steps in the side yard, enjoy the cool mountain evenings using the large firepit, with ample adirondak chairs for the whole family.

*This is a no-pet property*

[All of the homes managed by Cashiers Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]

** Please be advised that the Convenience fee is the credit card processing fee for the reservation. This is charged by the processor and not controlled by us. If you wish to avoid this fee, you may still place your reservation but will need to call the office and pay by e-check **

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below:
For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased.
*Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed.
For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.
You may purchase Travel insurance to cover your trip for cancellations. Contact Cashiers Vacation Rentals for details.
