About this property

Home close to Downtown CLE

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Just minutes from downtown CLE, Lakewood, and Ohio City. This cozy home offers plenty of space for 5 guests.

The house features a simple layout. On the first floor is the living room (featuring a pull out couch), the formal dining room, and the updated kitchen. On the second floor is the bathroom (tub/shower combo), and 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 1 king bed). The laundry is located in the basement.

You will have access to the entire house.

We will be available through the airbnb app. We offer contactless check-in. Your code will be sent to you the morning of your arrival.

You may park in the driveway. A car is recommended to get around town though there are bus stops on Lorain Ave.
1. Check-in is at 3 pm. You will receive check-in instructions at 9am the day of your check-in.
2. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass.
3. Please remove shoes in the house.
4. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only. If unregistered guest stay at the property, you will be charged an extra $50 per person per night.
5. Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
6. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm.
7. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
