Disney Magic Dream House, Across Street From Disneyland!

This townhouse is located at a beautiful, family friendly complex directly across the street from Disneyland & the Downtown Disney. It’s only about 12 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland and California Adventure Park, 6 minute walk to the free Disneyland tram, or an 8 minute walk to Monorail in Downtown Disney that takes you straight into Disneyland. You get 2 reserved parking spots in our complex (1 garaged & 1 curbside), so a $20 parking fare in Disneyland is not necessary. This property has three communal resort style pools ( toddler pool, general pool, and a gated adult pool) , a hot spa, and a kids playground. They are only a few short steps away from the unit.
This townhouse is a spacious 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit at front of the complex. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with luxury mattress and linen, and a twin size folding bed in the walk-in closet. The second bed room has a twin/full bunk bed with books and toys. This home includes a beautiful kitchen with fully stocked kitchen items such as dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, a toaster, slow cooker, blender and whole sets of dishes and cups, etc.; a comfortable family room with relaxing sofa (it can be converted to a comfortable full size bed), a big flat screen TV with cable access, plus free wireless internet; and an in house washer and dryer to make you more at home on your vacation. Also there are Pack'N Play, high chair, stroller, cooler with wheels and BBQ grill etc.

Perfect spot for Disney!
So happy we chose to stay at this property — it was the perfect spot for our family to walk to the parks and come home for a midday break with our 2-year-old toddler. Communication with both Jennie and Ying (her assistant) was prompt and made the check-in and check-out process simple and stress-free. Would happily stay here again.

Just a Hop, Skip and Jump to Disneyland
As a family of 4 we loved staying at Jennie's place. It was a cute little apartment well within walking distance to Downtown Disney and Disneyland. Communication from Jennie was brilliant and she made finding the apartment and getting in the front door a breeze with her maps and instructions. The apartment was exactly as described and very comfortable. It was very well accommodated with things needed for cooking and eating in. Overall, if you're looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay that's close to Disneyland then this is it.

We have been to Disneyland before and had stayed in hotels - this self catering thing was new for us but worked out really well. The condo was perfect for us - 4 adults and a 5th adult for some of the time. Jennie was a great hostess and answered and responded to any of our enquiries really quickly . The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Our son loved the toys in the room and the Mickey themed decor. We plan to return to Anaheim and would definitely stay there again

Nice big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked out well! Also having a washer and dryer was amazing. The shower was a little short but the water was hot and did the job. The outside property was cute. Nice neighborhood and couldnt have been a better place to stay with a short walk to disney.

Perfect place to stay to visit Disneyland
My family (3 adults, a teen, and 2 kids) stayed here for 3 nights. The check in process was very easy. There were snacks which the kids grabbed up immediately. My teen slept in the pull out bed downstairs. There’s a bunk bed in one of the bedrooms upstairs and a queen bed in the other bedroom. There’s also a cot upstairs that can be used for another child. The fully stocked kitchen was so helpful. The Disneyland hotel is directly across the street. If you are willing to commit a minor crime and j walk, it’s much closer than what the GPS will show you. You can actually walk over and get on the Monorail pretty easily, bypassing the longer lines at the main Disneyland entrance. Perfect location. We ended a long day with some night swimming which was awesome. Everything was well stocked and so convenient. We will absolutely stay here again.

The homeowner has thoughtfully provided an abundance of ammenties to make your stay as smooth and easy as possible. W/D with detergent and fabric softeners. Life vest and water toys. Stroller. Fold-up bed. Etc! It's walking distance to Disney parks and so nice to have triple the space of a hotel room.

Absolutely loved my stay!!
My family and I enjoyed our stay. Loved being within walking distance to Disneyland! Absolutely loved and enjoyed the welcome basket with snacks and bottled water upon arrival. Having a washer and dryer was a true lifesaver when traveling with two young children. My grandson wanted to bring Pluto home with us and I told him that we have to leave Pluto there for all the other children that stay! Very accommodating to young children, offering toys, books, beach toys, stuffed animals. The communication was great and quick response time. If you and your family are looking for a place within walking distance to Disneyland that is clean and safe environment with a lot of amenities, make sure to stay here. You will not regret it. If we are ever in the area I will for sure stay again. Thank you!!

This little townhouse was perfect for our stay and the fact that we are so close to the Disney hotel downtown Disney was amazing. We actually were shopped to realize that we literally cross the street and we were in front of the Disney hotel where the rest of our family was staying. It is a little outdated, but overall perfect for what we needed it for.

Wonderful location with easy access to the Disney parks. Had a few minor issues (one not even associated with the VRBO itself) but the property manager was quick to help in both cases and get things figured out. Our family had a great vacation and this place was a big reason why.

We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to tram that takes you to Disneyland. Nice mattress on the bed. Slept well. We didn't utilize the kitchen area too much as we ate at the park and picked up fast food. Breakfast cereal and English muffins. There was a bowl of assorted chips and water on the table when we arrived.

Disneyland Steps Away
Stayed at Hermosa for our Disneyland Half Marathon. Having a location with two bathrooms was key to getting ready for those early race start times and post race showers needed before we went to the parks. The location is about 2 miles from the front door of the park, but it's a really easy and direct walk. The only thing we took note of that was unexpected is that you are so close to the parks you can hear the fireworks every night! This is not a bad thing, but we were all in bed by 8 p.m. for our 3 a.m. wake up call and were startled! Otherwise the host was lovely, the place was so clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place was great for us. The convince of the kitchen is valuable. The townhouse is very clean and the owner is very helpful and friendly. You do have to cross a road with no crosswalk to get to Disneyland and this is a bit challenging with a stroller.

Perfect Location for Disneyland Trip!
We really enjoyed the easy access to the parks and Downtown Disney. We took the tram to and from the parks and then made the easy 2 block walk back to the condo. The condo was clean and cozy and the property manager checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for the snacks and waters, perfect to throw in the backpack for waiting in line sustenance!
