This cozy home is1600's feet with two main floor bedrooms and a private master bedroom in the basement. A 99% walking store means that groceries, several restaurants, fedex office and coffee shops are just 2 blocks away and all of downtown Boise are just steps away. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The home is well equipped with a fully outfitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances, all the utensils needed for complete meal prep and spices and coffee are of course provided. Off street and covered parking is available for 2 vehicles. Boise State University, Hyde Park, foot hills hiking, Boise's greenbelt and freeway access are all just minutes away. You will love this cozy comfortable and convenient location.
