Apartamento bem limpo, espaçoso, com bastante roupa de cama e itens de cozinha, me senti em casa. O condomínio é agradável, utilizei muito a padaria/mercearia que fica dentro do condomínio. O Amandio é extremamente atencioso e preocupado, muito solícito. A localização é boa, mas não andei muito pela região. Só senti falta de pano de prato, mas comprei na padaria dentro do condomínio.

A localização do apto era bastante conveniente para nós (próximo a familiares). Estadia de 4 dias para 4 pessoas (casal + 2 filhos pequenos). Apartamento limpo, espaçoso com 2 quartos e 2 sofás camas na sala (que não usamos). Bem equipado, com o suficiente para nossas necessidades. Quando voltaremos a São Paulo, vamos querer nos hospedar lá novamente.

Excelente opção de hospedagem em SP, condomínio seguro e silencioso. O apartamento é muito aconchegante, tudo conforme as fotos. O proprietário é muito prestativo e atencioso, sempre a disposição para qualquer resolução mesmo antes de me hospedar. O valor do Uber do Aeroporto de Congonhas é de R$ 22,00 reais, sem dúvida voltarei a me hospedar e recomendo a todos.

Demorei mas não esqueci de vocês! Apartamento maravilhoso. Tudo limpo e no seu lugar! O proprietário foi atencioso e nos deixou super a vontade . Roupa de cama e banho impecáveis . Estrutura do condomínio perfeita com destaque para o restaurante que serve uma comida boa tanto em quantidade e qualidade por um preço justo . Super indico o imóvel!
