Overlooking the mouth of the Saugeen River in Southampton Ontario is a modern, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath fully renovated vacation home designed by local resident Karen Williams of WilliamsCraig Design in Toronto. Walk in and marvel at the views out the living room windows of the Saugeen River Mouth Range Light, Harbour, Pioneer Park and Lake Huron. Book your Chantry Island Tour and walk to the Saugeen River Harbour to board the Peerless. Walk to the big flag along The Captain Spence Trail that starts at Pioneer Park and then up High Street to enjoy an eclectic array of shops and restaurants.

The kitchen is a foodie's dream. High end appliances include a double oven, gas range, fridge with water/ice dispenser, two dishwashers and coffee bar. The spacious island has seating. Enjoy preparing your meals with your guests. No being shut away in this open concept space.

The primary suite can be found in this simply elegant vacation home’s second floor. Enjoy the walk-in closet, spa bathroom and spacious bedroom with breathtaking views. The showpiece of the ensuite bathroom is the soaker tub. It also boasts a large barrier free shower, double vanity and toilet nook.

This vacation home has two additional bedrooms with queen sized beds that share a three piece bath with a barrier free shower.

The lake facing multi level deck is a great dining and lounge area that leads out to the spacious yard with Cowboy Cauldron fire pit and seating area.

Main floor laundry.

There are two bicycles and a Stand Up Paddleboard available for your enjoyment.

Watch summer storms come in off the lake, and should the power go out - no problem. The Generac Whole Home generator will keep the lights on for you.
