Nicely decorated three bedroom condo with ocean views and short walk to beach.

Welcome to King and Prince unit #259. This three bedroom three bath condominium has everything your family will need during your stay. The rear porch over looks the pool and has beautiful ocean views. Access to the south pool, beach and main pool area is just a short walk. This unit offers the King and Prince amenities package which means you have full access to tennis, golf course, the main hotel pool, outside bar, hotel restaurant and bar. This property is sure to be a family favorite for years to come.

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night
Each of our properties comes with the following

Linens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 trash bags
2 laundry detergent pods
2 dishwasher soap pods
1 bar of soap in each bathroom
Liquid hand soap
Liquid dish soap

Nice beach condo
This condo was very spacious, great to have 3 bathrooms , 1 for each bedroom. Nicely stocked with all we needed. We stay at king and prince a lot and we enjoyed our stay in this condo and will stay again.
