Welcome to Wildwood Breezes! Our spacious newly renovated 1930s duplex is located less than two blocks from the Wildwood Crest beach & boardwalk and comfortably sleeps 16 guests. Central air and ceiling fans in each bedroom help keep you cool on hot summer days. Two private units, each with a kitchen, living area, and dining area is ideal for families vacationing together. Your perfect seaside retreat is just a click away!

**NOTE: WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT 3-NIGHT RESERVATIONS BETWEEN MEMORIAL WEEKEND AND LABOR DAY WEEKEND IF THERE ARE A MAXIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS AVAILABLE BETWEEN ALREADY BOOKED RESERVATIONS. If 4 nights or more are still open, we will not allow for a three-night rental.

FIRST FLOOR UNIT: Unit one has a spacious open gourmet kitchen with everything you need to entertain a large group, including a brand-new Nespresso/Keurig coffee machine, blender, and crock pot. We provide you with a starter supply of paper products, coffee, creamer, etc, so there is no need to run out to the store right away! The oversized washer/ dryer combo is conveniently located in the kitchen, and there is a large pantry with enough space for a week's worth of food and beverages. The dining area seats 10 comfortably and includes 4 counter stools at the bar with adjustable seats for the younger travelers. The living area offers a 60" plasma HDTV (with Fire Stick) and seating for six where you can enjoy a movie or watch your favorite sports team. There are two nice-sized bedrooms with USB nightstands to make charging your cell phones overnight a breeze. The queen-sized bed in the Primary room and the triangle bunk bed in the second bedroom have luxury hotel-quality mattresses, mattress pads, and pillows. Both bedrooms also have blackout curtains so you can get a good night's sleep! The full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower has complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Enjoy your morning coffee or your afternoon cocktail on the oversized front porch with ceiling fans as you take in the action and excitement on the Wildwood streets!

SECOND FLOOR UNIT: this two-story unit has a full-sized kitchen, a dining area and a family room with 60" SMART plasma TV with a firestick. The end tables have USB charging ports for your devices. Two bedrooms ( each with one queen bed, hotel quality mattresses and pillows, and black-out curtains), and a full bathroom with bathtub complete the 2nd floor. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and bath soap are provided. The interior stairway leads to the grand third-floor space with two twin beds, a living area with 2 sleeper sofas, a third SMART TV, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig machine, wine refrigerator, and an ice-maker machine.
Take in the views of the ocean from the 2nd floor front porch while sipping a cocktail with friends and family or watch the Wildwood fireworks on Friday nights from the back porch!
Rainy days are no problem at Wildwood Breezes. There are plenty of board games, card games, books, puzzles and a gaming station that will keep both adults and kids occupied.
For your convenience, we have a bedroom safe in one of the 2nd-floor bedrooms to lock up your personal items.

Our whole house comes with lightning-fast WiFi.
The outdoor shed has everything you need for a beach trip or exploring the island! 6 bikes of different sizes, scooters, beach carts, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers, and more! All you need to bring from home is your sunscreen and towels.
Are you bringing little ones? No problem! Let us know in advance and we will have for your use a crib, pack-n-play, stroller, red wagon, baby camera monitor, high chair, and baby gates.

Our backyard has parking for up to 5 cars, as well as a propane grill and outdoor dining seats for 10 comfortably.
Lastly, don’t forget to try out the oversized private outdoor shower with both hot and cold water and a separate foot wash!

-The premises are not available to "groups" or persons under the age of twenty-five (25) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

-Primary guests must sign a lease agreement & provide a copy of a government-issued ID.

-Linens & towels are not provided; you must bring your own or ask us about renting them from a local company who will drop them off & pick them up directly at the unit.

-FIVE NIGHT MINIMUM between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

-No parties or smoking on the premises.
