Exclusive to Coastline Realty, LLC this lovely 1880's Barn has been transformed into a modern single family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, off street parking and an outside shower. Nestled in the heart of the historic district this lovely, upside down style vacation home provides linens, blankets and towels in peak season; no need to pack or rent your sheets! A gas BBQ makes grilling at home a breeze or simply walk to your favorite Cape May restaurants for a night out on the town. The Washington Inn, Cape May Day Spa and lovely Hughes Street are all within walking distance. A Steger Beach box with 5 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 6 beach tags are provided on Queen Street beach from Memorial Day through Labor day. Owner provides 4 adult sized bikes. Guests must bring their own helmets. All bookings have a $65.00 lease fee, $500.00 refundable security deposit. $215 cleaning fee. $150 pet fee per pet.
