Property manager was great and very easy and quick to communicate with. The main floor was new, clean and modern. There was a fun game room on the bottom/basement level with lots of entertainment. Sleeping arrangements were not very private but tons of space for many people to be in the house.
The owner of the property was quick to respond to any questions and stayed in touch during our stay to make sure everything was good. Property itself was very nice. It’s listed as a 2 bedroom but the house is a large 2 bedroom. Plenty of room for my extended family and I. Highly recommend this home
We enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room and the game room was an added bonus. House was clean upon arrival. Kitchen stocked well enough to get us through all of our meals. Home owner was quick to respond and gave all necessary information and instructions to make check in and out easy.

Great place
Nice home with a large outside deck. House has plenty of room to park cars and a disconnected boat trailer outside. Owner is nice quick to respond to any questions you may have.

Room to play!
Big house, easy access to lake and pool; nice beach area to set up camp for the day, while the guys fished or pulled the kids in the tube. Not a lot of level yard, but my 3 energetic grandsons enjoyed romping through the three stories of the house...big upper deck and pretty view for outside BBQ - ing. Surprisingly, no mosquitoes!!! A fun visit from a Junebug, though, which none of us has ever seen...super - friendly neighborhood; but, pretty strictly patrolled by "cops" for the HOA; however, they let one of us slide for running a stop sign when we were looking for the marina! The kitchen's a bit small, but it forced us to be more efficient when it came to meal times...we had a great time, we'd return again, definitely...if only just to hang out in the downstairs game room, which has the coolest pool table ever!

Overall good value
Good value and nice location. Furniture could use some upgrading/repairs but it was a great place for the price and Michael was very easy to work with.

Great place for a guy's weekend
Overall the property was pretty good. It was very spacious with plenty of sleeping areas for 8 people. The beds were not the best, very hard and uncomfortable. Additionally the parking arrangements are kind of a pain. Overflow is approximately 2 miles from the house and they are very strict on how long you can be in the community before you get a ticket. Also the overflow is managed by an outside person and there is no one on site that can assist you with details on how to gain access to the parking area. So if you are accidentally given the wrong combo by the owner and you don't have cell service. You end up having to drive all over the community to be able to get in touch with him so that he can talk to the overflow person and get you the correct combo. You also have to lock down where all of your vehicle's are parking a week in advance so it can be logistically difficult. Of course this only matters if you are bringing more than two cars. Other than that this place was as advertised and a good location for a guy's weekend but probably not a family vacation.

not bad for a brief stay, but wouldn't recommend
The house was clean and there were plenty of towels. The home seemed nice at first glance, but needs some major maintenance.
The kitchen counters are freakishly high for normal size person. I broke the coffee pot carafe because they were so high. I've never broken one before, because the sink was never so high. I almost needed a stepstool to reach it. Crazy. The owner dinged me $30 for a coffee carafe. Sorry, but I think that should have been a stainless steel carafe for a rental home. Also, the kitchen is so tiny that two people are a crowd.
Also, there is no Wi-Fi at this home. You are out in the middle of no-where and in this day and age, not having Wi-Fi is unacceptable. We had a college kid with us who was studying for finals and needed the Wi-Fi. I would not have rented the place had I known that. Just seems ridiculous not to have that available.
Also, we had a person fall on the concrete steps in the front. There are no markings on them to indicate there is a step, and in the bright sun, they are invisible. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen and the owner is lucky our person didn't really hurt herself.
Those are the highlights of our stay...oh, and there are two queen beds in the master bedroom, which is fine, but the bathroom door is glass and there is no privacy whatsoever. That isn't disclosed in the photos or description of the home.

Nice getaway!
This home is exactly as detailed, it was very nice and clean. The owner was very great to work with and was very responsive. We had an issue with A/C two different times and he had the handyman out there in minutes to fix. House is great for a large party, was actually a little too big for my family of 5 with 3 young children, the play room down stairs was so far away we couldn't hear them from the kitchen / top floor. We would stay here again and next time bring some friends!

Great time.
Check in was easy. Beautiful neighborhood and there is a new market and pizza place not far from Oak Shores. You don't have to go all the way into town to shop. House was roomy and nice views from back patio. Didn't stay long enough to explore the neighborhood, but I look forward to another visit. Thank you Michael for being so accommodating.

Great house!
My friends and I always do a yearly reunion and this year we decided to stay near Lake Nacimiento. Our first house fell through so we felt super lucky to get this house with only a few weeks to spare. The house was so nice. There were 7 of us and we all had somewhere comfortable to sleep. There is a huge game room downstairs with a pullout bed, but the actual couch was so comfortable that two of us ended up sleeping there.
There is one bedroom, the kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and an enormous outside deck on the top floor. The kitchen is really tiny so if you have multiple people that are going to want to cook together it's going to be a VERY tight squeeze. I would also suggest bringing utensils and pots and pans because there is a very small selection. The outside deck is beautiful and was such a great place to have meals and just hang out during the day. We really loved that there was a BBQ. The second floor has a laundry room, huge bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. My only complaint was that the bathroom had a see-through door so there isn't much privacy. With 7 of us sharing 2 bathrooms it would've been nice to have a more private bathroom situation so we didn't all feel like we needed to use the 1 bathroom upstairs. The bottom floor has the game room which was great! There was a pool table, lots of board games and a big TV. The first night we were really confused because we didn't realize the upstairs and downstairs TVs are connected. So just be forewarned that changing the channel in one location changes the other TV too.
We really enjoyed the house, but were not pleased overall with the community. The front gate staff was extremely rude to us when we checked in. We asked for a map and the woman closed the window and turned her back on us. Also there are really ridiculous rules about parking. This house had two driveways, and we were only allowed to park two cars in front of the house due to the OSCA rules. One of the girls didn't arrive until around 9pm on Friday and was given the complete wrong information on where to park from the staff and we had to argue a $100 fine the next day. It caused a lot of stress during what was supposed to be our vacation.
I can't say more positive things about the house and the owner. He was fantastic and was in constant communication with me about how things were going & let us know about the fine right away so we could get it taken care of. Just read all rules and bring $ for overflow parking!

We liked everything! Our family had a blast with the game room. I enjoyed the grill on the patio. Lots of room and a great layout!
