Step outside and embrace the sunshine! The smaller front deck is an ideal place for a couple of people to enjoy morning coffee, read a book, or watch the sunset.

Need to stay connected? A dedicated workspace is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen, ideal for remote work or checking emails.

Additional conveniences: Each fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, while the full-size washer and dryer make laundry a breeze.

For sleeping arrangements: Each king bedroom has two plush folding floor mattresses stored in the walk-in closet. These comfortable mattresses are also referred to as "cots" elsewhere in this listing, and come with linens for your convenience.

You'll have exclusive use of the living spaces, four decks, and a private parking area with driveways and carports that can accommodate up to six vehicles for your convenience. You'll have exclusive access to the sparkling heated pool and backyard. There are plenty of loungers, pool floats and open space on the pool deck to soak up the Florida sunshine.

We provide Tommy Bahama back-pack beach chairs, and even beach towels for your fun day by the gulf shore. Feel free to explore the charming little bridge in the backyard and venture onto Iguana Island, both part of the property for your exploration.

All TVs are equipped with Roku "guest mode," offering a variety of basic channels. Feel free to log in to your own streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc.) for your personalized favorites. Roku will automatically log out of all streaming accounts upon check-out.
