This is one of those properties that seems like they tried to slap on a coat of paint and add some little updates to an old run-down house.
The house was so dirty that I had to put in a service call to have someone come out and clean again. Floors, counters, and cabinet pools were all sticky. There was a rug that had stains and looked like it could have been in a garage. That's not the only service call we had to put in during our short time there. We had to put in a call for lights not working, not being able to connect to the Wi-Fi, a door that wouldn't close correctly, no hot water in a shower, and bugs everywhere! There was no outside garbage can so we had nowhere to put our trash if the can got full. The sheets and blankets were stained. And when we tried to remove one of the comforters it was covered in dead bugs. We ran a load of laundry and had to go and look at the washing machine because we were certain it was going to come through the wall. I am certain that some of the issues we reported will be fixed. But the way we had it, I would never recommend it to anyone.
