Nestled on the bayside of Bradenton Beach - midway between Bridge Street and the Cortez Beach Pier - this waterfront retreat boasts stellar views and a walkable location close to beaches, bars, boutiques, and dining options.

Comprised of four separate rentals - each appointed for independent living - this property is an ideal choice for friends or couples traveling together. Each space boasts amazing bay views either from a private balcony or porch. An on-site dock is available for fishing or launching kayaks and paddleboards.

All four vacation rentals include contemporary home comforts like kitchen amenities, up-to-date furnishings, TVs, and free WiFi. An on-site washer/dryer provides an extra layer of convenience during your stay.

You can walk to Cortez Beach, right at the end of your street. Bridge Street is just a six-block walk north and the Cortez South Pier is only seven blocks south. Anna Maria Island shops, dining, and attractions are just five miles away.

Things to Know
From March 2024 through July 2024, there may be limited access to this vacation rental due to a county sewer project. There may also be times when all vehicles are restricted from 7th St. However, there will be permitted parking along Gulf Dr.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location and property

We had a great time staying at this property! It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved having dock access for fishing and an easy walk to the beach and downtown!

Perfect for a family reunion

My family rented all four cottages of Bill's Fish Camp and had an amazing reunion. When we all got together, the lower unit of the 2-story cottage had plenty of space both inside and on the outside porch. When we wanted to get away, having individual units worked perfectly. The cottages have a modernized rustic mix and included everything we needed. The sunrises each morning over the bay are stunning, and the sunsets a block away on the beach are just as good. I also brought my boat and caught plenty of fish in the bay and off the cottage dock. Highly recommended!

Lovely Cottage!

We stayed in the green cottage, but they were all absolutely adorable. The Backyard area was very nicely landscaped and super cute. Each cottage has their own semi-private space and there is a shared dock. The dock has a shower and a hose, as well as a cutting board station for fishing. There are chairs for the renters to use, and some other equipment and things located in the storage box outside. The unit is listed as having two bedrooms, but there are not any doors so do not expect any privacy in the bedrooms. There is only one dresser, located in the bunk room. We didn't mind much though, and basically lived out of our suitcases. The kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped with cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishes, etc. but we did not have any dish towels or rags so you may want to bring some of your own. The cottages are all WATERFRONT on the Sarasota Bay side of the island, and we enjoyed our coffee and watched the sunrise each morning. The beach is one block away, and is absolutely beautiful. Breathtaking sunsets almost every night. Overall would LOVE to stay here again!

Beautiful view! Peaceful location! Total relaxation!

We had a wonderful vacation on AMI! This property met our needs and the location was fabulous! The owner was great to work with and provided easy instructions for our arrival. My family LOVED the dock for fishing, and the dolphins and manatee visited frequently! If you want simple accommodations and a relaxing vacation - we highly recommend this property.

Cute Relaxing Cottage

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this cute little cottage. It is just the right size for a couple. It is within walking distance of everything in Bradenton Beach. Would definitely go back!!!

Bill's Fish Camp

We had a wonderful time staying at this rental. Very quaint and peaceful. Accessible to restaurants, the beach and great neighbors. Would highly recommend this cottage.

Perfect for Our 4-Family Vacation

These cottages are one-of-a-kind! We had a great stay with four families, including kids ages 0–7. The shared lawn, dock, and picnic table were perfect for full group activities and the cottages allowed for quiet time and naps as well as group fun! The beach access is moments away and the weather and water were lovely. Even the occasional rainstorm was welcome, as watching them roll over the intercoastal was beautiful! These cottages were just what we were looking for—old Florida charm with some modern amenities and an incredible location. Communicating with the owners was easy and pleasant. We've already booked our next stay! Five stars all around!

Everything you need for your stay and more

I have being doing to the Gulf for spring break with the kiddos for many years and every year I look for a different place well this year I know I won't look for another place, I'll keep coming back here every time. Great great location trully couldn't be better. Perfectly furnished house, clean, good kitchen utensils, walking distance to beautiful beaches grocery stores and good restaurants around really an overall almost perfect location to a great relaxing vacation home. At least for us it work great.

Charming and colorful cottages

We made a last-minute decision to travel to Anna Maria Island, after a bad Red Tide outbreak hit our usual destination--Captiva and Sanibel Islands--hard in the week leading up to our vacation. I was delighted to find these two restored fishing cottages, which were comfortable for our group of 4 (2 of us in each cottage). The owner, Tim, was super helpful and gracious to us, accommodating our short-notice plans and payments. He also gave us good tips on restaurants. The location so close to both the bay (just steps from our back door) to a beautiful Gulf beach (100 yds from the front door) was ideal. Good places to walk for ice cream, mini-mart, beach supplies, etc. The cottages are all updated with good A/C units, plugs, lighting, kitchen appliances, TV, wifi, and decor. We had a commercial-size washer and dryer (shared access with 3 cottages). We really appreciated having beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, and beach toys available at the cottages so that we didn't have to rent or buy. I would definitely recommend these cottages and this lovely island.

Beautiful cottage, amazing location

We really enjoyed our stay here, couldn't have been better! The red cottage was super cosy and clean, we loved the big shower and watching the sunrise from the porch was amazing. Located directly at the bay, shops and restaurants within walking distance and the beach just a few steps away. Perfect! The owner had always been very corteous and helpful. Adorable homey beach cottage right on the bay.

Couldn't have loved it more. Loved the house, the location right on the bay with the dock. Beautiful beach a block away! Exactly as the owner described...so wonderful! Fun little beach town that is laid back and non commercialized.

Great location!

Bradenton Beach is beautiful! Cottage B was cute and clean, very nice. The shower is amazing, the bed is comfortable. We brought our boat & kept it at the dock, which was very convenient, but head straight across the little bay through the sailboats, and not along the shoreline or you may get stuck. The fishing was great! The beach is across the street & wasn't crowded. The water was amazing. The location is close to lots of attractions. The only downsides were the tiny family room with tiny TV - At the end of a day of boating & fishing, there's no real comfy area to hang out in, but we knew that going in. Also, there are dishes & cooking utensils, but we had to buy everything else, including salt & pepper and a sponge for washing up. The laundry room is shared between 3 cottages, which wasn't clear in the listing, so there was some waiting. Overall, we had a great time, and the price was right for a last minute getaway!

A slice of Paradise

This place is what I personally call my little slice of Paradise. Woke up to beautiful sunrises every morning and a sunsets every evening, from just about anywhere. Access to everything you want.......my recommendation......Enjoy!

Best place on the island

Returning in 2015 for our fifth stay at Bill's Fish Camp. Have made some good friends and we really enjoy the area. Relaxation is our # 1 priority and the cottage lends itself to that objective. Home away from home

We absolutely loved this house, area, location. 200 steps to the beach! Back yard has a open view of the Bay. There is a dock for fishing; which we caught spotted trout, catfish, grunts, etc. We watched the sting rays, dolphins, big snook swim by.... Very relaxing. Hammock in the back yard. A picnic table which we used to eat grilled meals. The shower downstairs was very nice after a day at the beach! I can't say enough about our stay and how much we loved it! The owner was amazing! Excellent communication and very nice. He even accommodated our travel dates. I recommend any/all of these rentals, not just because they are awesome but because of the owner as well.
