Safe family-friendly neighborhood. 4 bedroom/3 full baths, 1906 sqft home, can accommodate up to 8 guests. Dedicated work space. Pet-friendly

All major freeways are easily accessible, only minutes to HWY 85, 237, 101, and El Camino Real.

Centrally located, minutes to El Camino Hospital, Stanford Hospital, Kaiser SC, Castro St, Apple, Google, FB/META, Tesla Engineering HQs

DISCLOSURE: This home has an ADU (Additional Dwelling Unit) in the backyard, fully detached from the main home. It has a separate entrance from the main house. The ADU unit is attached to the garage. Guests do not have access to the ADU or garage. Access is only to the main home only. Please refer to the exterior picture provided. Permanent tenants (a couple) live there. They are very respectful and quiet.

NOTE: Parking access is limited to 1 outdoor parking location on the driveway so as to not block the entrance to the ADU. However, there is enough free street parking in the front. The neighborhood is family friendly and safe to park.

Spacious and Quiet

The house is very roomy and newly renovated. Clean and comfortable and a nice fenced front yard on a quiet residential street. We will definitely be coming back.
