Your vacation home rental is located in the beautiful resort community of Lake Berkley. Each room is fully equipped with fresh linens and towels for your arrival.

The home has a large screened-in swimming pool with porch seating area and sun-tanning lawn chairs to make the best of the Florida sun. All bedrooms have flat screen tv's and the decor and furnishings have been upgraded. There are two living room areas and the house comes with an Xbox One and two controllers.

One of the top resorts in Florida, Lake Berkley is a private gated community with a 24 hour Security Guard at the gate. The resort offers a Tot Lot, Stocked Fishing Lakes, Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Nature Trail around the Lake with lots of baby ducks to feed, and a BBQ area. The community also offers a private clubhouse with cyber cafe, fitness room, large communal pool and hot spa.

This home offers high-speed WIRELESS INTERNET and cable television included with your rental fee. Local calls are complimentary and area attraction coupon books are made available. PLACE SUCKED!!

"I reserved this property the weekend of 10/8 thru 10/11. I have to say that the neighborhood and the location is very nice. However, I think there is a major problem with whoever is contracted with cleaning the home. The bedsheets were not clean. We had to wash them and dry them before going to bed. The carpets in the rooms were filthy as they were stained and unkept. There was also limited kitchen ware in the kitchen making it hard to cook anything. The curtains were beat up and barely usable. I would not recommend anyone to rent this property until the owners find better maintenance and cleaning crew. " & TO TOP IT ALL OFF I paid the fee for the pool to be warmed up and the pool was never warmed up. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

House needs a good cleaning

House had marks all over the walls and baseboards. Tile flooring was dirty. Master shower hadn't been cleaned. It had bar soap from previous tenants on the floor. Grill was out of propane so we had to purchase our own. They don't provide you with any extra trash bags so once again we had to purchase our own.

Great Vacation Home

This was a Great stay. Home was comfortable for family of 8. Not to far from attractions and shopping. Neighbors is secure and quiet. We would definitely rebook in future.

It was absolutely wonderful my kids stayed in the pool because I added pool warmer only thing was that the toilets was so low I felt like I was doing squats I left with tight thighs lol but overall amazing lake Berkeley will definitely see us again.

A fun time, in spite of the quarantines. Quality family time.

Over all, truly enjoyed our stay. We were a bit disappointed that we could not use the pool table, air hockey nor ping pong. The tips on que sticks were gone, (as is the case in about all places). no ping pong balls (we could have bought them.) Did have some in our party who could not get good cell service. WiFi was excellent. Thank you/

On the good side - clean, comfortable beds, good location close to Rt 192. Walking path on nearby lake Berkeley was great for bird watching. On the downside - be prepared to purchase your own supplies for dish washer, laundry, trash bags, hand soap, tissues, paper towels, TP. Hair dryer in master bath didn’t work (did find a working dryer in 2nd bath). No food allowed in pool area. Mirrors everywhere - felt like I was being watched at all times - creepy. Would not stay here again.

Roomy and Clean

Beautiful, clean and welcoming house

I was not expecting what I got when I booked the house. It is a beautiful house that is spacious enough that all eight of us could move around without feeling cramped. Rooms were nice and neat, the pool was clean and there was plenty of other things to do like tennis, basketball, fishing, and an exercise room. The gate staff were helpful and pleasant. I would book here next time I visit.

Nice house, nice neighborhood; poor furnishings

Our family of six rented this property while visiting Orlando theme parks. The neighborhood was very nice, and super convenient for getting to the parks. We also loved the screened in pool, which was very well taken care of, as was the property overall. Please be forewarned, however, that the furnishings seems to be purchased just to have something to put into a short-stay rental. The king-sized bed specifically was very hard and lumpy! Me and my SO did not have a good night's rest the entire stay. Really, the quality of furnishings doesn't matter to us, however, quality beds are important for rest! Another issue we ran into (again, just as forewarning as I did not read the fine print ahead of time to understand their policy on toiletries) was a lack of toiletries. We had the TP on the rolls when we arrived and a partial roll of paper towels. I always travel with my own laundry soap as that's typically not supplied, but this property does not have backup TP or paper towels!! They do provide the small, hotel-style soap in the bathrooms. We did not have any sponges for the kitchen sink, nor any dishwashing liquid or dishwasher detergent!! Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would have appreciated backup TP and tools for cleaning dishware/counters in the kitchen.

Fantastic***

The home is great with all we need it for our vacation , pool, well equipped kitchen, internet, no need to ask for more. We had a blast in this home wish could stay longer even do we stayed 7 days. Highly recommend for family trips and relax

I highly Reccomend Cozy key for a fantastic vacati

We love Cozy key, and make it our yearly stay for visiting Disney. Raisa and the whole Cozy key staff, are very professional, friendly, and dedicated to making sure that your stay is the best it can be.The homes are always super clean, very well maintained, and decorated.The easy access to Disney makes staying at Cozy Key a no brainer for my family.BTW, the homes are every bit as nice as they appear In the photo's.....
