Large windows in the sitting area give you a view of the marsh and our wildlife visitors.

Originally from southern New Jersey, I have lived in Ocean Pines since 1991. I love the outdoors and meeting new people.

Why they chose this property

I love the location of the property, it's close to the beach but away from all the hustle and bustle of Ocean City. The property has woods to the left and a marsh/river directly behind the property.

What makes this property unique

The unit overlooks the marsh and the Manklin Creek. The only neighbors you will probably see are deer, heron, and egrets
