With 4 bedrooms 4 baths and 4 levels, you can spread out and enjoy your family vacation. The house sleeps 10 and has a large, private rooftop deck/entertainment area with a big hot tub, lounge chairs, tables and a bar!

High end amenities await your arrival with four floors of relaxed living at the beach.

Enjoy the incredible ocean views from the huge, private rooftop deck or walk a few steps to the ocean. How far is a few steps? Only half a block!

A spacious outside shower, parking for 8 cars, private wrap around decks, completely renovated state of the art kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wet bar are all there for your enjoyment.

5 flat screen TV's, (including a 70 inch!), wireless internet, microwave, coffee maker (both traditional pot & also Keurig cup), washer/dryer and gas BBQ grill are all waiting for you.

Two Primary suites (one with a king bed and the other with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed). Both king beds have new Tempurpedic mattresses! Ahhhhhh. Third bedroom has a pyramid bunk (twin bed on top, full bed on bottom & a twin trundle bed below). Fourth bedroom has a luxurious queen bed. There is even a queen sleeper sofa in the living room if needed.

Perfect for the kids and all your relatives. Your whole family will enjoy this special house and ideal beach block location. Come make our home yours for a memorable vacation at the beach.

Included: Sheets, bath towels, beach towels, 15 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, suntan lotion, beach coolers and bags, etc. Kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, dishes, etc, plus spices, lots of condiments and everything you'll need. Bluetooth speakers in every bedroom and bluetooth stereos in the living room and on the top deck.

Not included: Paper products (napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. ) Baby cribs, high chairs etc are available through local rental services; try Grand Rental Station in Rehoboth Beach, or ask Claudia for the discount code to another local service.

The hot tub is easy to maintain during your stay and the cover is too HEAVY for a young child to open so you don't have to worry about their safety.

Lovely place

This was a great place for a family vacation. It has almost everything you could possibly need and the location is fantastic. You can walk to Dewey amenities but they aren’t so close that the noise is an issue. The beach is half a block away and easily accessible. And if you don’t feel like getting sandy one day, there is always the roof deck with the hot tub, bar and view. When an issue did arise, Claudia was available by text to help address it in a timely manner. One thing that might not be obvious is that this unit is part of a four-plex, but the building is designed in such a way that privacy is not an issue. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Great Stay

This place is in a prime location - a very short walk to the beach. And for that matter, a short walk to any point in Dewey Beach. Technically you could park your car out front and never have to use it again for the rest of the trip if desired. The outside shower was a great feature when coming back from the beach. Plus the hot tub on the roof. There are plenty of towels and beach supplies available including a small umbrella, a large one, and a tent. Also a large beach wagon and a ton of chairs and boards. Claudia is very organized and friendly and has hosting down perfectly. Checkout process was easy. We left some condiments and drinks for the next guests and you will find some items like that. The host recommends taking a look around before shopping on arrival. We had a great stay.

Claudia always takes great care in making our stay relaxing, comfortable, and fun! We love her place, how organized everything is, yet relaxed. The outdoor shower is wonderful! We also really enjoy the vibe of Clayton Street with the beach at one end and the small Sunrise Diner at the other. Claudia is great at answering any question we may have in a timely way- very good communicator. We look forward to next time!

Feels like home.

I don't recall how long we've been coming to Claudia's but it now feels like home. Only next to the ocean! Always in great shape. Not summer without a visit!

Fantastic stay!

We absolutely loved our time at Claudia’s beach house! There were so many great features, not the least of which was the amazing rooftop deck and hot tub (of course!), but what we loved most was how well appointed the house was. We brought no beach supplies whatsoever and never wanted for anything the whole week — it was all there. So many thoughtful touches and comforts of home. The location is great too, just steps from the beach and easy walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. Thanks for a wonderful stay! PS. Claudia is the best!! She checked on us repeatedly to be sure everything was going well. I can’t say I’ve ever experienced that level of communication with a host before, and it was so appreciated.

Wonderful family vacation rental

This is our third year at the condo and we enjoyed every second of our stay. The place was beautiful and very clean. It’s a short walk to the beach, which is a huge plus with three kiddos under 7. The extra amenities that are provided are a great help - beach wagon, toys, etc. I would highly encourage this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Dewey!

Perfect location & Beautiful condo!

My family and friends had a wonderful vacation! The roof deck was awesome. The home is just as described and pictured. The location was perfect, a minute walk to the beach and a three minute walk to the Jolly Trolley and shops. Claudia is an excellent host and responded immediately to any questions we had.

You couldn’t ask for a better spot!

This is our third year staying in this great condo. There are 9 of us-3 kiddos-and It holds us nicely. If one needs to escape the kiddos for a bit there is a wraparound deck on the 2nd level and the crowning jewel of a rooftop deck complete with a high top,table,small bar and plenty of lounge chairs. Did I mention the hot tub? It is a favorite of our three grand kids and when we can get them out of it we can relax and let the day melt away. Claudia is a perfect hostess in that she has everything in the house that one would need. Sheets,towels,beach toys…all of it! Best of all she is incredibly communicative and keeps us updated on check in time and any other information that is needed. I can see us returning many times.

Wonderful time!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here! The walk to the beach was super easy. There were lots of chairs, an awesome wagon, and beach toys that made it super convenient for the stay. Claudia provides beach towels and the hot tub was so fun! Highly recommend this place!

I have only positive things to say about this property and the property owner. The living spaces and the bedrooms/ beds are very comfortable. A linen service is provided so guests do not have to launder the used linens at the end of the stay. The dining room table is ample and great not only for meals but for playing games. The rooftop with the hot tub is wonderful with a view of the ocean. We appreciated the ice maker in the bar section, and the variety of glassware/plasticware as well. The house is very organized, and comfortable. Also, if you have little kids, there are a lot of beach toys provided for use. Thank you for helping to make our beach week great!

All Decked Out is a vacation jewel!

This home has everything a group/family might need for a fantastic vacation. The property is fully stocked with any item needed for cooking, beach time, game night and has all the towels and sheets included. The walk to the beach is quick and that hot tub on the upper deck is fantastic for an after dinner soak! We slept in the lower level and the tempurpedic mattress was Heaven. Our daughters gave great reviews for the other beds and our grandchildren love using the pyramid bunk bed. Claudia,the owner and manager is very responsive to any question and when we were dealing with a sick kiddo she gave us some options for medical care as well. This was our second year in this wonderful home and we are certain that it won’t be our last.

Weekend stay to enjoy a family wedding.

The property was well represented in the photos. It is extremely clean and the kitchen is stocked with anything you could need. Owner, Claudia, was readily available for any questions. She is a gracious hostess. We totally enjoyed relaxing at "All Decked Out."

Everything about our experience was amazing. From booking to checking out Claudia was incredibly kind and accommodating. The house is beautiful and perfectly located near the beach and restaurants. First of all Claudia is an excellent host! I have never had a host as responsive as her. She ensures you know what the house has versus what you need to bring. She sends you a beach guide that has all of the information you need to know about not only the house, but Dewey Beach as well. The house is loaded with so much stuff your packing for a beach trip can be minimized. The upper deck is a huge hit with a bar, tables, lounge chairs and a hot tub with ocean views! It is a quick walk to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here and would return in a heartbeat!

Decked out is right!

Had a great stay at All Decked Out. Traveling and staying with three kids 5 & under is a packing nightmare & we are so glad Claudia had a ton of amenities at the property, so we only needed the basics. The place was nice and tidy and super close to the beach, so if we needed to make multiple trips, it was an easy walk. The neighbors were nice and friendly and we enjoyed how close all the eateries were. Claudia was so accommodating and kept in touch during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed or to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recitals look forward to future vacations here with our family.

Great House, Great Owners, Great Beach Vacation

This house is wonderful. The owners really cater to their guests and have a fully stocked house waiting for you. It is in a great location on a nice quiet road...a few steps from the beach and close to wonderful bars, restaurants and shops. Just pack a bathing suit, park your car for the week and relax. The house is perfect for families. The owners make it easier on you by providing all of the bed linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, etc. We have stayed here the past two years and are already looking forward to next year.

Fabulous stay close to town & beach!

All 10 of us loved this property! Highlights were definitely the very short walk to a beautiful beach with lifeguards, as well as easy access to coffee, restaurants and mini golf in town, and spacious parking for 2 big SUVs. When I say short walk to the beach, I mean short enough to easily run back from the beach if you needed something, or if a kid needed to run to the bathroom. We even let the 10 and up kids run back by themselves. Short, safe walk! We left the bigger kids home alone to run into down in the mornings for coffee and bagels, donuts, etc. Again, super safe and quick walk. The stunning ocean views from the top deck and a big hot tub did not disappoint. Perfect place for happy hours or to enjoy takeout. We loved being able to walk to Dewey and drive to both Bethany and Rohobeth to enjoy their boardwalks (Rohobeth was actually very walkable from this location as well - we did it every morning for exercise - not with kids though unless they’re all stroller age). As a mom with 6 kids in tow (ages 18 months to 13 years), it is also worth noting that this house was VERY well stocked. Sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels, beach towels, cleaning supplies, hand soaps and lotions, extra laundry detergent, coolers, beach chairs and toys, boogies boards… this house had it all. We did not have to bring a single thing besides clothing and personal items, which was **amazing**. It also put this house above the rest we’ve ever stayed in because we usually have to bring so much for the week. We didn’t have to strip the beds and wash sheets the morning we left either - a mom’s vacation dream. The house was super clean when we arrived and Claudia was an excellent communicator before and during our stay. It’s obvious how much she cares for her home and the people there to enjoy it. Don’t hesitate to book this home! We can’t wait to come back :)

All Decked Out

Our family was searching for a beach house that was convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. All Decked Out fit the bill and was the most well equipped beach house ever! We love how small the town is and how close everything you could possibly need is to our dream home. We are both attorneys with connections to the DC/MD & DE areas. We have spent a long time getting our house ready for other families to enjoy and we look forward to meeting you!

Our family has loved Dewey Beach for decades! The area is such a wonderful getaway for all ages. We've watched our little town change over the years and truly become a fantastic vacation spot with so many choices of things to do all year round. We feel in love with this home because of the amazing space, the many floors, the few steps to the ocean and the gigantic rooftop deck with view of the ocean and the bay. When you walk in, you instantly feel relaxed and at home!

What makes this property unique

The rooftop hot tub is a big plus! As is the privacy of having the deck face the ocean but also faces the back of the property. Being able to walk to everything in Dewey, and be just a few steps to the ocean is wonderful! Being on the North end of Dewey guarantees peace and quiet yet is close to all the action, restaurants, bars, shops and water sports. Just a bike ride or trolley stop away is Rehoboth beach where there is even more to see and do! This home is in the perfect location and has a special feel!
