SPALL REPAIRS:
Spall repair work on the building is scheduled to begin in January 2025. Please note that access to the lanais will not be available while work is being conducted on your unit.
The tentative time frame for this unit is from mid-February through March.
DATE LOCATION ACTIVITY
Work hours are Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), excluding weekends and federal holidays. Noisy work, such as jackhammering and grinding, can be expected during work hours.
Noisy hours are from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday.
On Monday, April 07, 2025, contractors will begin our Fan Coil Unit Replacement project.
This work includes the removal & disposal of old fan coils and installation of new fan coils in each unit. It will take approximately 28 days for each stack to complete, beginning with Unit Nos. ending in 24.
Scope of Work
• Require ram boards in all hallways for the duration of the project. Please watch your step as you enter/exit your unit(s) and/or elevator.
• Paint or solder smell may be present in the hallways during the project.
Noisy Work
• Noisy work, such as hammering, grinding, cutting, and soldering can be expected during
work hours. Work hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri. Noisy hours are 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri.
*Some work may be conducted over the weekends with minimal noise.
