Third Party Amenities
Please note: Third-Party amenities, such as electricity, water, and internet are services that may cause disruptions, these are unavoidable and part of the island living and beyond our control. Any disruption of these amenities doesn't warrant a refund of any kind.
If you have a problem or issue with the accommodations, you must contact us immediately to give us the opportunity to rectify the situation before filing a complaint with the booking platform.
It is strongly recommended that you obtain travel insurance for any bookings you make, including for your visit to our condo. If you choose not to obtain travel insurance, please know that we abide by our advertised cancellation policy, and no refunds will be provided should you decline to protect your travel investment.
Special Notice
Any potential guests making reservations for a group must travel with the group. The Airbnb member MUST be present at check-in or the reservation will be immediately canceled. This requirement includes reservations made through "Instant booking".
Sun Absorbed Oasis House Rules
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and we hope you enjoy your stay in our beautiful home!
The names of all guests should be provided to the host for pre-registration to the community. Government-issued IDs for all guests should be presented to the security upon arrival. Failure to do so will result in an inability to access the community.
Additional guests are NOT allowed on the property without prior approval or past 9pm.
No smoking inside the home is allowed.
Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else (example: no wipes).
Please wash your dishes after use and do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests.
If you break, damage, or stain anything at all, please let us know immediately to arrange for its replacement or repair.
No partying or any illegal activity of any kind inside or on the property at anytime. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
For fire prevention and safety, please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving the property for any period of time. This includes air conditioners, kitchen appliances, fans, hair straighteners/blow dryers, and portable device chargers.

If you decide to book Sun Absorbed Oasis, that action is an agreement with this policy. By booking and then checking in to your reservation, you have confirmed that you have read the listing and house rules in their entirety and agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth.
