Seamless Destinations - Malibu, CA

Guest Access:
Guests will be given a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience. You will have the entire house to yourself.

The Neighborhood:
It is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. You hear the birds chirp and the sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. There is 24 hour security so you always feel safe. You can walk the neighborhood or down to the beach in less than 10 minutes. Close to Palisades, Santa Monica and Nobu and Malibu Pier are a 15 minute drive.

Getting Around:
We recommend you rent a car or take Uber/Lyft during your stay. We are on the border of Malibu, closer to Pacific Palisades and Santa Monica. But far enough away to escape from the action. It will take sometimes 20 minutes to get a ride share to arrive.

Other Things to Note:
» Trash is to be taken out on Monday evenings, bins are on the left side of the house.
» Parking in driveway or free street parking is recommended.
» The sliding glass door must be shut completely before locking it or it can break.
» WiFi is mandatory for good service in our area. It ultimately depends on your carrier
» No parties allowed
» No pets allowed
» Bringing guests not included in the reservation will result in a hefty fine
» Smoking is prohibited
» No commercial photography
» Quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM
» Maximum occupancy is 6
