This enchanting HEATED Pool house has everything you need for an amazing trip. This stylish space was recently renovated with new beds and decor. The pool area is an oasis with all the amenities you would find in a resort.

Our Heated pool allows you to enjoy our amazing pool/oasis all year round. Kids and adults will have a blast swimming in our pool with lots of privacy. Our home is the ultimate getaway home. with its large outdoor area you and your family will have an amazing experience. Unlike a Hotel/Resort, our heated pool area will be exclusive for your family and friends.

Our home also has patio furniture including, dining table, chair recliners, sectional sofa, a large umbrellas and a Weber professional gas grill.

Pets: We are dog friendly. Your pet will love our fully enclosed backyard. Trained dog is allowed for a $150 fee (only 1 dog allowed). The fee may be waived for registered service dogs. Must provide valid registration number with the United States Service Animal Registrar. Service dogs must be with guest at all times, and not be left behind for any reason.
Pet fee is paid before checking-in.
Please let us know your dog’s breed before booking. Please do not sneak in your dog. Please read our pet rules.
The dog can be walked by the neighborhood sidewalk. There is also a community park about 1 mile away, perfect for dogs :)

Our place is ready for your getaway!, each room has its own smart tv, and all this in the center of Orlando. Our WIFI is blazing fast providing the best speed for our theme park guests, business guests, and remote work guests.

I encourage you to pay closer attention, and look at the map before booking in the outskirts of Orlando or nearby cities like Kissimmee, Davenport, Champions Gate, which are not ideal.

- Our pool may be be heated by request and the fee is $20 per day x the number of days of your stay (this is to cover the high power bill) This is completely optional. Please let us know in advance if you would like this option as it take 2 days for the pool to heat.
- Weber gas grill fee is $40 per reservation
- Guest has access to all spaces in the house! The backyard area has .3 acre of land! it is Huge!
- This house has a limit of 2 car parking space.
- This house does not have access to the garage.
- The house has an attached private guesthouse with its own entrance. This suite does not have access to the house or any of the amenities, such as pool or yard. This guesthouse is also rented.
- Please note that we have weekly pool and yard maintenance that cannot be skipped
- Security Cameras on the outside perimeter only. Cameras run 24/7.
