This delightful cottage is nestled in the heart of Coeur d'Alene and embodies the essence of ''home-sweet home''. Built in 2004, it merges the charm of an older home with an infusion of modern amenities and convenience. The spacious front porch is perfect for enjoying the summer evenings. As you step inside enjoy the open floor plan with a kitchen that offers ample space for cooking along with upscale appliances like its' Viking Stove. The main floor master bedroom ensures easy accessibility. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and an additional full bathroom. Outside, the fully landscaped backyard is perfect for entertaining. The generously sized detached 2-car garage is ideal with its' easy alley access.
