With a private and secure entrance into a newly renovated downtown apartment building, you'll find yourself wandering the city and living life like a true SLC neighbor. Our second-level 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment is perfectly sized with local style for days. The separate one bedroom and open concept main living space are perfect for a solo traveler and/or couples looking for a stylish escape.

*PET POLICY*
We welcome a single furry fido friend, but ask that your kitty stays home. If you plan to bring a four-legged guest, please let us know their name and breed upon booking (there are restrictions on weight and breed--please see our house rules for more details). There is an additional $250/pet fee per month that is included in your booking fees; the total fee will be collected when you book.
