This bright and cheerful ONE story cabin has 3 King Suites and a Bunk Room, accommodating 13 guests (and your furry friends!). The outdoor area is a haven for families/friends with outdoor games, a playset (swing and slide), hot tub, firepit, and outdoor living and dining areas. Rest assured, there is plenty of parking available for your convenience.

The living room welcomes guests with a leather sofa, accent chairs, and a gas fireplace, perfect for cozying up during game day on our SMART TV with comfortable seating for everyone. A sliding door opens up into the outdoor area from the living space.

Our gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream. Adorned with all-new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, this well-appointed space is ideal for preparing delicious meals. The kitchen opens up to a spacious dining table with seating for 10, creating the perfect setting for shared meals and memorable conversations. Additional seating is available in the kitchen counter (4 bar stools).

There are 3 King master suites and a Bunk room, each adorned with king beds featuring plush mattresses, pillows, and luxurious sheets, ensuring a blissful night's sleep. The en-suite bathrooms boast large walk in showers and his/her sinks.

❤️PET POLICY, IF APPROVED:
We charge an extra fee of $50/night/pet. PETS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED ON ALL THE FURNITURE, VIOLATORS WILL BE PAYING A PENALTY.

Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (May 1- Sep 30).

The cabin is easily accessible through gravel roads.

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, and to make sure our no-parties policies are being adhered to. We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the side door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house.
LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental cabin is privately owned. A renter agreement is required for guests who book Sunny Side Up Cabin.
