The primary bedroom includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a private balcony offering expansive views of Lake Powell, which is the largest coastal dune lake in North America. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, a daybed for extra guests, and has a beautiful view down the beach. An updated, well-equipped kitchen featuring gorgeous countertops. Seaside-inspired decor and furnishings, this sanctuary is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Within the gated community of Carillon Beach, an upscale area with magnificent homes, shops, spa, and restaurants, this 26-acre resort is only two miles from the 30A area and eight miles from the entertainment of Pier Park. Make a splash in our partially covered heated pool, complete with a snack stand and family movie nights in the summer. Guests have access to a boat ramp and boat slips, as well as tennis/pickleball courts, half-court basketball, men's and women's saunas, exercise room, bocce ball court, kid's playground, grilling areas, and more. Wouldn't return to this property. Unit was outdated, carpet in bedrooms, and a/c and water did not work for an entire day. Beach chairs need replaced, or i should say camping chairs. Vacasa customer service is very difficult to reach and resolve issues.

The property was beyond amazing. Idk how to explain this but it could not have been more perfect. Vrbo was difficult and rude but the vacasa people definitely made an impact for us to have a perfect vacation.

Lot of construction work and too dusty and unclearly property
Rooms were filled with dust and had a musty odor. Area rugs were not clean, same with Sofas and pillows. The main level of the property was wet all the time. Overall not a well maintained property. Proximity wise it is in a very good lescarini to restaurants.

Nice but wouldn’t stay again
The condo was NOT clean at all…which was a big negative since we have a baby that was on the floor/rug a lot. The baseboards, ceiling fans, couches, chair was disgusting. Not to mention the water pressure in the hall shower was AWFUL. The first night we had to bathe my baby in the sink because the other (master) bathroom with tub was scalding hot. Pinnacle port was doing maintenance on the elevators so not all of them were working and they temporarily shut off the water and we were not made aware so it made it difficult one evening when we had just come in from the beach and we’re trying to get ourselves and our kids ready for dinner. Not happy with customer service with VACASA and the only reason we used them is because I had a future stay credit. Won’t use Vacasa or stay at this filthy condo again 👎🏻

Easily the BEST views in Pinnacle Port. Very nice furnishings however, water pressure was low, WiFi not secure, main balcony railing had (2) screws completely loose and a couple bugs in the penthouse

Just OK
We chose location based on wanting to be near Rosemary Beach and wanting a beach view and lack of availability. This condo is a quick drive to that 30A area (10 min). Condo was very dated outside and inside. Condo did not look as nice as the photos. Carpet was very old, bathrooms, and kitchen are dated. Furniture could also use updating. Nice view of the ocean but also a lot of parking lot. Master bedroom does show view of the canal but you do see a lot of the parking lot. During our stay the water pressure was horrible. I could barely shower the stream was like a trickle it was so bad. The sinks had poor pressure as well and we could not do laundry either d/t the pressure. There are 2 pools be aware at 1 pool the shallow end < 5 ft is completely covered but there is another smaller pool that is all open. Hardly any poolside furniture and maybe a handful of 3 total umbrellas between both pools. There are no beach chairs or umbrellas include but there is a rental for some small chairs and umbrella. The beach is nice! They do have a cafe at one of the pools that serves lunch: basic food which was a nice option. The grocery stores are a very close drive (5 min). Condo connects to a very nice community of home/townhome rentals much nicer than the port. We felt safe. Just know its an old building and the unit itself is dated. Depends what you want. If we go again we would stay right in Rosemary or Seaside, there were so many beautiful properties right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops but you don't get right on the beach, but beach is walking distance. Overall, this stay was just ok for me would have been better had the condo been nicer.

Property was not rental ready not the owners fault
The location was great, the beaches are fantastic. The property was adequately stocked with towels and kitchen items. The furnishing were good. The property had a few issues and it was not rental ready. The washer was broken and holding soured water with debris. This is in the 1/2 bath connected to the kitchen and the den. You could Smell the soured water. I informed vacasa at check in and the property. They said they would put in a ticket then said someone would come the next morning. I called again and messaged through the app no one ever came to address the sitting water or fix the machine. If you have stayed. The beach you know you need a working washer and dryer but certainly need to have someone come drain or scoop the nasty water out. The internet was down with no notification and the cable didn’t work on the main level. We work remote and rely on internet to do our jobs. When reported it goes from vacasa (hard to get a live person r a text to vacasa to the property). There was also construction on our floor 2. Units down. We weren’t informed of that either. It was so loud from 9-6 we had to Leave the property to find internet and quiet to work. I feel for the owners if they don’t know this is how their property is being managed. Vacasa did refund us $50 for the washer and $40 for the non working internet and cable. I’m underwhelmed by their service. I would stay here again if i could have 100% verification the property was rental ready or at least being addressed.

Great Location
This is a perfect location if you want nice, uncrowded beaches & peaceful, quiet space. This unit was nicely appointed, with many upgrades in amenities & decor. It was very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Views and access to beach from this condo is fantastic! Best beach on the gulf! Kitchen is updated and nice. Good layout with 2BR’s up. Water pressure is not very good and sofa sleeper is worn. Wi-fi was intermittent.

This condo was adorable. My family of 5 had plenty of room. We enjoyed the views from the balconies! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities we need which was great. A few set backs for us were that the beds were not so great as far as comfort goes. Also there was a bad smell in the hallway as well as the actually condo smelled bad. The entire building air conditioning went out (no fault to the owner) so we had to keep the windows and balcony doors opened so that at least helped with the smell in the condo. The air being out was a problem though on our last two days when red tide hit because it would burn to breath and we were all coughing. Despite those few issues we would come back to pinnacle port again!
