*Keep in mind, the pool takes 12-24 hrs to heat to temperature, so please let us know within 24hrs of your check-in.

The Master bedroom with King bed has a spacious walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom.

The 2nd bedroom in the main house has a Queen Bed & designated bathroom directly across the hallway.

The 3rd(King bed) & 4th bedroom(bunk bed with dbl size mattress) are located in the casita. They have a separate entrance from the main house and share a Jack & Jill bathroom.

The Indian Palms gated community features a 18-hole public golf course, fitness centre, public pools, tennis and pickle ball courts- All accessible to guests staying at Travolta House.

**Make your stay extra relaxing! Travolta house can arrange an in house masseuse for pool side massages, a private chef to prepare a special dinner, or to have the kitchen stocked with groceries of your choice upon arrival. Ask us for details!


House Rules:

Indio Noise Ordinance:

Any disruptive noise that is reported to the city of Indio or Indian Palms HOA will result in fines that are the responsibility of the guest.

-No music in outdoor spaces during quiet hours. (10pm-8am)
-Music outside quiet hrs must be kept to a low, respectable level- No amplified music at any time.
-No Parties or Events.

Pets:

-Maximum 2 pets allowed for an additional fee of $125 per pet.
-Guests are responsible for the clean up of dog poop on the property.
-Do not allow your dog to bark when outside in the yard.

Smoking:

-No smoking tobacco or cannabis INSIDE at any time. Please only smoke outside.
-Please dispose of butts in available ashtrays.

Illegal activity:

-Consumption of illegal substances on the property is strictly prohibited
-Unsupervised underage drinking on the property is strictly prohibited.

Additional Guests:

-Any additional overnight guests over 8 persons are not allowed.

Parking:

-3 parking spaces available in driveway
-No parking permitted on the street at any time.

Pool/Spa:

-Guests use the pool & spa at their own risk. Any injury is not at fault of the owner or host.
-Pool is heated only by request for an additional fee of $100/day(Discounts available for longer stays)
-The hot tub heat is $35/day (If you pay to heat the pool you do not need to pay to heat the hot tub)

Additional fees/Fines:

-Failure to follow any of the House rules will result in fines to the primary renter.
-Any damage to property beyond regular wear and tear will result in additional fees to the primary renter.
