Cozy and Quaint 1 Bedroom Home

This property offers a colorful and funky modern vibe with updated furniture and decorations. The home is located in Berkley Michigan. It is close to major cities (Birmingham, Detroit, Hazel Park etc.) and only a 30 minute drive to the airport. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood off of Woodward and only a 5 min drive to Beaumont !


We like to give our guest space to enjoy their stay. However, we are always available to guest when needed!

Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Self-check in will be available through a lockbox. The lockbox code will be sent the morning of your stay. Please note, in order to get to the front door of this home you must walk up a flight of stairs. Shared Laundry is located in the basement of the building.


This apartment is part of a multifamily building. Other guests or tenants may be in the other apartments during your stay. There is free parking in the parking lot in the back of the building.

This apartment is located in a nice neighborhood, with a large parking lot in back. Watch those stairs leading up to the door, as they could be slippery in winter conditions. Nice sized place with a useful kitchen. Comfortable bed, although only one cover was provided. "Heater" was listed in the property description, but I was surprised to find that only a tiny electric space heater was provided. This little heater ran non-stop when I was home, as temps dipped into the low 20s at night. I am so glad it didn't fail, as I would have frozen. The wifi worked well the first day I was there, but failed and never came back on for the next two days. Communications with the property manager was not very good.
