Black Mountain attractions are a short bike ride or drive from this modern home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The open floor plan is perfect for relaxing, and you will love the sunny private courtyard beside the house, with its fire pit, gas grill and outdoor seating.
With its bright interiors, sunny outdoor spaces and fully stocked kitchen, this conveniently located. Black Mountain home is the ideal home base for exploring our area. Enjoy your favorite programs on the streaming TV in the living room, or warm up on cool nights in front of the gas fireplace. The primary bedroom is on the main floor and features a king bed with a hall bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find an open loft with two twin beds, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and another shared hall bathroom.

We are only 20 minutes from Asheville with its dizzying array of shops, breweries and night life.
Black Mountain calls itself “The Little Town that Rocks,” and a rocking chair is the symbol of the town. It's the first town you get to when coming to the area, and is considered the "Front Porch of Western North Carolina.” You will see hand painted rocking chairs all over town as you walk the historical district and neighborhoods. Enjoy the local shops, galleries, breweries and the unique attractions like train station and the Swannanoa Valley History Museum.
Things to note: Please no street parking. You can use the garage, and there is room for two cars inside and two more in the driveway. There are neighbors close by, so please be respectful of quiet time. No pets are allowed at this rental, please. This is a no smoking unit.
