Beautiful home. Had everything we needed but WiFi never worked which meant TVs never worked. Ended up having to use personal hotspot to get work done and use personal devises. King size bed collapsed first night but management had it fixed while we were at Parris Island the next day.
As stated in another review, the king-sized bed broke. We made a fix with a bucket we found in a closet so that we could sleep in it that night. The next day, my phone call was returned and they did come out to look at the bed. It was not fixed permanently at that time, but we were able to sleep in it for the rest of our stay.
Additionally, my sons are both 6 feet tall and could not comfortably take a shower in the back shower because the shower head is too short. This defeated my purpose for specifically shopping for a house with 2 bathrooms. Also, there was a constant water drip from that shower head that we had to muffle for my son to be able to sleep.
The light switches were challenging to figure out which light they operated, some of the didn't do anything. The dimmers were difficult to get the light to function properly. The remote for the fan in the living room didn't have any batteries in it.
The motion porch lighting did nothing to help us get in the door in the dark. It didn't come on until we were already fumbling with the door and was so dim it really didn't help anyway.
