Completely new suite that was just completed in April 2024. The cozy bedroom has a King bed. The loft has a twin bed so you have to climb the ladder for the loft. Fully equipped kitchen is ready for long term stays. The large bathroom boasts a huge dual head shower and double vanity granite sink. We designed this to be as a hotel type suite with an identity as a Rustic interior. Parking is flexible to your needs. We have had several quests with large trailers. We make accommodations for your ease with a little notice. Our goal was a rugged, comfortable and low maintenance suite to accommodate a variety of travelers. Don't forget the hunting seasons. (Bourbon season is year round ! )

It was a great place and only 8 minutes from Makers Mark Distillery, which was the location my wife and I wanted to see the next day. The host was communicative and it was a great property!
Excellent location for visiting Makers Mark Distillery! It’s quiet, clean and the rustic appeal was just what we needed to feel at “home.”

This rustic suite amazing and had a very comfotable bed. We loved the location and rode bikes to Maker's Mark from Loretto. There's a fun tavern close by called Cozy's Corner. Loved their delicious food and drinks! Highly recommend this sweet spot!!!

The room was clean and supplied with all our needs
We absolutely loved this suite! Adorably decorated, had everything we could or would need while on vacation. Jeff made sure we had everything we needed. We would 100% stay here again!
The place was excellently converted into a wonderful cozy place to stay for our Makers Mark tour. We played cards and laughed into the early morning. There was a fire pit and numerous other options that we didn’t use, but wish we had time for.

We found this property to be a great spot and close to all of the distilleries that we wanted to visit. We were pleased to find a very nice clean and comfortable facility. Jeff, our host, was very accommodating and very helpful with information about some of the local area things to see and information about distilleries that we didn't know anything about yet. We would and most likely will stay there again.

I am originally from Loretto and have watched the Bourbon trail develop through the years. I enjoy meeting people and socializing. We don't meet many guests in person unless you request to, but simply communicating through message is refreshing to see how many people come through our little town.
Why they chose this property
Our plan is to complete multiple suites in 2025. This property is on the outskirts with little congestion. For bourbon tourists, it is close to many of the distilleries in the area. We are centrally located between Bardstown and Lebanon so one can easily visit many distilleries. Because of our large parking lot - we have had small RV travelers that just wanted to spread out and needed large enough parking. Travelers with trailers and skilled workers traveling through appreciate the large parking lot.
What makes this property unique
The Rustic interior design is what most people love. It feels "sturdy" yet "comfortable". Doors are all solid wood. Ceramic tile flooring throughout. Shower is ceramic. Insulation is sound proof in the walls and certainly makes a difference. Roof is metal and can be soothing and peaceful during a mild to moderate rain. The suite is not huge, but with 12' ceiling on one side - it doesn't feel cramped or too small. It's very open. We designed this suite for our family and ourselves to stay in. This suite is the 2nd of 4 that will be completed soon. We plan to have as many as 7, possibly 8 suites by 2025. This will be a great for a group getaway. However all suites are spaced far apart for privacy as well. Many of our guests have complimented the peacefulness and quietness of this property.
