This home is located in the heart of the city, therefore lock doors and be aware of surroundings. Expect city noise. My neighbors are friendly located in a gentrified area.

Parking: Between South 2nd and South 3rd street, you will enter the alley access that is behind the house. The fenced gate has the house number listed “2827”. Open both gate doors to park in front of the back of the home. Once you park your vehicle inside the gate, please close and lock the gate.
