THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties &/or weddings etc. Maximum allowable occupancy is 6 people and 2 cars. The landlord has exclusive access to the 2 security cameras on the exterior front door and deck. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles &/or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fines up to $1,000 - IN ADDITION to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking &/or drug use allowed. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. This property is not equipped with air-conditioning (not needed). All leases require credit approval and a minimum 30-day term. NOTE: The HOA is installing a new sprinkler system and resodding the small triangular area off our back deck. There will be minimal disturbance to our guests, but you will have to stay off of that area.
