Our lovely apartments are located in the seaside village Xiropigado and it is 30 meters away from the beach.

This apartment is a two bedroom apartment with private bathroom, refrigerator, cooking machine, dishes, aircondition and balcony with nice view to the sea. It is 55 sqm. and sleeps up to 5 people.

It is perfect for visitors that would like to experience a beach holiday and explore the area. Astros town is near by for more night life and Nafplio the venetian town is 20 km away. Mycenae is 35 km and Athens 160 km.

In XIROPIGADO village they are 2 supermarket's, 1 fruitmarket , 5 greek taverns and 2 cafeterias. You can take scenic walks by the sea and even go fishing.

Très sommaire

L’annonce ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avons eu. Nous devions avoir deux chambres et au final n’en avons eu qu’une. Nous voyageons avec un bébé de 18 mois. Impossible de partager le même espace. Le lit parapluie avait été posé contre un mur avec une prise apparente et dénudée qui faisait des étincelles. Absolument pas sécuritaire. Nous avons logé sans soucis dans des endroits comme celui ci, en Inde et sans enfants. Aucune solution proposée. Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit au lieu des trois et avons trouvé notre bonheur : propreté, équipement, confort a 100 mètres de là.

Sehr einfache Unterkunft mit guter Möglichkeit zu Klimatisieren.Wir waren von morgens bis Nachts mit dem Auto unterwegs und nur zum Schlafen da Mit der Unterkunft insgesamt sehr zufrieden.gerne wieder.

A lovely experience!

The road to Mr Christhos house is absolutely gorgeous, the surroundings the same. Mr Christos is extremely nice, friendly, helpful and the view from his house is impressive. It was a very pleasant surprise everything that Mr Christhos offered us. Many thanks!!

petit appart' sympa à deux pas d'une plage de galets. cuisine rudimentaire mais suffisante. Manger sur le balcon est super et les propriétaires très gentil. Ils y a même un service de ménage pendant notre séjour de 5 nuits...pas mal

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Nous avons passé 2 nuits chez Christos à Xiropigado. Nous avions réservé un appartement pour 5 personnes. L'appartement était conforme à l'annonce. Très bien situé à proximité immédiate de la plage. Balcon avec vue mer. Rare à ce prix-là ! Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires. Le confort de l'appartement est sommaire. Les 2 chambres sont petites, la cuisine minuscule, la climatisation hors d'âge (mais elle fonctionne), tout comme l'électricité et la plomberie. Les équipements de la cuisine sont insuffisants : un petit réchaud, un frigo et très peu de vaisselle. Attention l'appartement n'a pas d'espace pour les repas, il y a juste une table et des chaises sur le balcon. Au mois d'août utilisable uniquement pour le petit déjeuner (balcon exposé sud, chaleur torride à partir de 9h le matin). Malgré tout nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour chez Christos à Xiropigado.

Authentic local atmosphere

Apartment is 2 minute walk from pebbled beach and restaurants. Great relaxed local atmosphere. There are other tourists in the village but they are mostly local. Town is quiet, but close to larger attractions. Both town and apartment are a bit jaded but that adds to the atmosphere. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent

We spent about 3 weeks in Greece, and our 3 nights’stay at Christos’s rooms, ment to visit Epidaurus and Mykonos, were, to our surprise, the highlights of our journey. If we hadn’t already booked to move on, we would undoubtedly have stayed much longer.The little village at the seashore is too peaceful and sweet to describe,the sea a blessing, the horizon views are endlessly changing in the afternoon. The kitchen is not really adequate if you want to cook elaborate meals , but the place is noiseless and clean, perfectly located at not even 30 m from the beach, and there are some very nice and cheap little restaurants with fresh fish nearby. Christos and his wife are very kind and arranging about arrival times, we’re sure to come back, and recommand the place.
