Save time, get exercise - Walk up one flight of stairs, or take elevator to this second floor unit in Southampton Kingston Plantation. The Southampton offers connecting walkway on first floor to Embassy Suites, home of Starbucks and Coastal Grill & Bar. The Hilton Hotel with Wet Whistle ocean front bar is a short walk left of condo and offers fun in the sun meet-up area! Two ocean-front pools on either side of Southampton offer tropical breezes and close, easy access to beautiful Myrtle Beach. One pool has bathroom and other pool has convenient bathroom located underneath Southampton ocean-side. Pools are open late April - October
Furnishings include a Keurig, Initial coffee, sugar & cream, Paper Towels. A microwave, small fridge with freezer compartment for ice cubes and of course, a wine opener!

My family and I have enjoyed Kingston Plantation for almost 30 years! Love sharing the peaceful, relaxing beauty with others.
Why they chose this property
Love proximity to beach, pools, food, drink & Starbucks at both Hilton and Embassy Suites. Also, LOVE the walkway to Embassy on First Floor. Chose 2nd floor so I could either get exercise and good time management of using stairs, or choose elevator when dealing with luggage or groceries
What makes this property unique
My KING suite is almost alone in South Hampton. When I travel, having comfortable seating and a table are two things that make me feel more at home. Most "lock-out" units have two double or queen beds just for sleeping. Completely updated ocean front condo has King bed PLUS Serta 3 in one queen sofabed for enjoyable TV watching, the microwave for making the popcorn! The refrigerator houses wine and cold drinks and Keurig station includes sampling of coffee, some teas, sugar, etc, styrofoam cups to welcome guests. I situated the counter-height bistro table to take in the wonderful view of ocean. The private balcony features a table with two chairs. Decor is elegant but simple and room completely redone 2024.
