Welcome to our spacious and stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom craftsman bungalow located in the heart of Tampa. This unique rental offers 1300 square feet of comfortable living space, with large bedrooms that can fit king-size beds, one of which has a full-size day bed and its own bathroom with a private entrance to the backyard, deck, and pool area.
The open-concept living spaces are perfect for families and feature a large kitchen, dining area, and living room, all beautifully decorated with a mix of modern, boho, and eclectic furniture styles.The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a 5-burner electric stove, standard double-door fridge with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, and a farmhouse sink with garbage disposal. Guests can enjoy cooking and serving meals with the provided dishes for 8 guests and basic cookware. A Keurig Duo with drip coffee pot and individual cup brewing is also available for your morning cup of coffee.
The rental's unique features include a large family-style non-heated pool, a BBQ grill, and a firepit with seating for 5. There's also a lounge area by the pool with two Adirondack chairs and additional patio chairs with ottoman, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer located on the back deck and multiple seating areas around the property, including a screened-in front porch seating area with fans to keep comfortable!Parking for 2 SUVs or 4 sedans is available in the large driveway, and the rental is located in close proximity to other family homes. Guests should be courteous of our neighbors and limit sound at night. The rental is centrally located in Tampa, within 15 minutes driving distance of various family attractions, including Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Adventure Island, The Florida Aquarium, Lowry Park Zoo, Glazer Children's Museum, MOSI (Museum of Science & Industry), The Tampa Riverwalk, Yoor City, and The Tampa Bay History Center.
