Should be better for the price

The house didn’t justify the price. The property isn’t very attractive and the lawn care is mostly non existent. The door locks! Only one door worked and the side door is a bear to get locked. Replace the kitchen faucet before it breaks off in someone’s hand. No patio furniture and I didn’t see a bbq but it may have been on the lower level. Need some kind of sun block for the upstairs windows - gets very warm and super bright in the afternoon. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean - would be nice if you cleaned the windows! No kleenex in the house.

Wonderful view and house

Spent 4 nights here with my husband and kids. We all enjoyed our stay immensely. The furniture in the family room is perfectly laid out to enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean that the room affords the occupants. I kinda just wanted to hang out there and never leave. The kitchen was spacious and there was a nice room off to the side of the living room where my husband set up his laptop so he could work, not disturb others, and still have a great view. The bedrooms were well sized and the beds comfortable. There was plenty of closet space and dressers to use for storage. We had a great stay and definitely would not hesitate to go back if we are ever in Newport again.
