From amazing sunset views and cool Caribbean breezes to nearby dive sites, Villa La Brisa is a welcoming home set into the cliffs overlooking the north shore of Bonaire. Wake up with a view from the master bedroom and the living room, take a step outside onto your porch and chill in the pool or on one of the comfy spaces in sun or shade.

This 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 6 people and has plenty of indoor and outdoor living space for you all to enjoy, with a roof terrace, large covered back porch and open plan living area indoors! The kitchen is fully equipped or try grilling on our gas bbq. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with a couch, office desk, built in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The 2nd (queen) and 3d (twin) bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom.

Villa la Brisa has a special extra seating area set into the cliffs at the edge of the garden, where you can enjoy an even closer view of the ocean, perfect for a morning coffee or evening happy hour!
The villa has a rinse tank, hanging space for dive gear and an outdoor shower.

Villa Brista is a slice of heaven in Bonaire!

This was our 2nd trip to Bonaire. Besides loving the island and its waters, Villa Brista and its community are a fantastic place to stay. The Villa is stunning and has a beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets. Tons of room. We only had the 2 of us, but it comfortably houses 6 people. Loved the privacy from neighboring villas. It was a great location. Just far enough away form the bustling downtown area, but only 10min drive into town. The beds were fairly comfortable, the house was clean and the pool is a very nice size. We would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing vacation

Kristen was helpful throughout the booking process and while we were in Bonaire. House in a quiet neighborhood. Pool lovely. Ice maker in fridge a nice perk. Main concern was the very slick tiles throughout the house and on the pool deck. When stepping out of the pool, the tile became like a skating rink. We contacted Kristen m, and she sent a couple more towels to place by the edge of the pool. The same smooth tiles on the stairs to roof deck made navigating the steps to the amazing view on the roof difficult for us. The same tiles are on the shower floor so we needed to use bath towels as a “shower mat” to keep from slipping in the shower. We often used the squeegee at the property to rid the pool deck of water when it rained. The house is lovely and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our trip but would not stay again based on the slippery tiles throughout the house. We enjoyed using the nice Weber grill instead of the microwave/“oven” Villa La Brisa has a wonderful location. We thoroughly enjoyed our week, but-as noted-we found the choice in tiles for the pool deck, showers, stairs, and living spaces problematic.

Perfect location for relaxing vacation

Villa La Brisa was exactly what we were hoping for. Sunset on the roof was always the perfect end to the day, and the Villa had everything we needed or wanted. The neighborhood is quiet, the is a new pizza place called Flamingo Pizza in walking distance that is great, and there are lots of great dives nearby. We arrived late in the evening and left super early in the morning and dealing with keys and such was made super easy. We did run the AC in the bedrooms at night and never came remotely close to using the Kw allotment, so that isn’t a real worry. When the wind died down the last day of our visit, the bug factor was definitely higher outside , but I’m reasonably sure that is an issue for Bonaire everywhere. We would have happily stayed there for much longer if we had the time.

Dive and wind sports trip

Spectacular! Everything as described. Wonderful view nicely appointed. A word of caution when the tile around the pool and front door were wet from rain or pool activities the tile was very slippery. We will be back! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations. Rob and Gayle

Villa La Brisa

Fourth time to Bonaire. Fourth different villa I rented. Working with this property manager was the best. Very helpful and available. Most everything was great with the property. Had an issue with a circuit breaker in kitchen so had to improvise on making coffee for a day or two. Property manager was very helpful in addressing any issues. Regarding the villa itself. Only the bedrooms have AC. You get some sort of electricity allowance. I haven't found out yet if they say I went over the allowance. The main living area of the house has a couple of fans, but no AC. It was hot and not possible to open front door for cross breeze because not screened. I would advise the owner to make AC available in the entire house and let the quests determine if they want to pay to cool it. Finally they house needs a new gas grill. The burner flame covers are rusting out. Just a matter of time until it's trash. Better to be proactive. Finally, why does the USA require a negative Covid test within 24 hours of flying home. Your triple vac., to bad, doesn't matter. Your stuck in Bonaire for another 5-10 days. The kicker is that no testing is required of you come in from Canada or Mexico. Told my wife that if we tested positive we were flying to Mexico and walking across the southern border like everyone else.

Great location for self guided family dive trip. Accommodations were clean and comfortable kitchen a little on the small side but we would definitely return for the same again as soon as we have the time.

Amazing stay

Amazing vacation home

This rental unit was just as marvelous in person as it was in the pictures on the website. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy, both shaded and open air. The house is surrounded by native vegetation so there are lots of bird visitors in the morning. It was delightful to watch the hummingbirds. The site is conveniently located near the northern dive sites. Only a few minutes from oil slick leap. The site is well designed for divers. There is a convenient rinse tank near the front gate and built-in gear racks for drying equipment. The management company provides plenty of towels for all of your water related activities. Our group will certainly try to rent this unit again.

Great Place to Stay!

We loved staying at this property! I can't think of any reason for you not to stay here. The agency, Island Time was very helpful and quick to answer all our questions. As for the house itself, the pool was a wonderful place to relax after our dive adventures. We enjoyed having our morning coffee in the red Adirondeck chairs on the deck overlooking the ocean and then after dinner we'd go to the roof top deck to drink up the expanse of stars in the night sky. There are parrots, hummingbirds and bananaquits flying and flitting around the landscaping. Gorgeous flowers everywhere. Also, the house is very, very close to lots of dive sites. It's safe and secure. I say book it now, you won't regret it! PS: As with all places you stay at in the Caribbean, remember to the pack the sunscreen and the bug spray.

Quiet, private, incredible views from 3 levels

Excellent property at the end of the cul-de-sac in a quiet, gated neighborhood. Photos do not do justice to the incredible views from the cliffside patio, the pool, and rooftop deck. The hardest decision is where to relax to take in the views! This was a perfect home away from home during our one-week stay. Very quiet and exceptionally private!

Well managed, beautiful, private, well furnished, well equipped, great outdoor area and pool. Well set up for divers. Very safe, gated community. A short drive into town. Shore dive sites very close to house. Has solar panels on roof that cut down 9n electricity costs. Would recommend switching to led lights as halogen lights are expensive to run and produce lots of heat. Also curtains or shades on the glass doors facing the ocean to block the afternoon sun. Still a five star villa.

Nice property. Great location. Beautiful view.

Enjoyed our stay at Villa La Brisa. Property was clean and well maintained. Gated community that felt safe in a nice location near the water and not too far from Kralendijk. Kristen was pleasant and helpful. Would give this place 5 stars except we were disappointed to find the patio furniture around the pool, on the rooftop, and on the deck near the water was not the same as what was shown in the pictures. Not nearly as nice or comfortable. Otherwise a great property.

Perfect vacation home for our family of 5. The layout of the home is prefect for an ocean front property. Also the views from the back patio were unbelievable. Very convenient if you are a diver - all the necessary amenities are steps from your vehicle. Overall, we loved the property. Can't wait to return.

Perfect Bonaire home base for a group

In a word: ideal. We were so glad to have stayed at Villa La Brisa! We had a family of five: two adults and three kids 11, 9, and 6. The villa is wonderful. The views and the setting is all exactly like the photos. Our kids loved the pool, and we had nightly dinners on the rooftop. Sunsets are truly amazing right outside the door. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area were nicely designed and comfortable. You're not going to spend a lot of time inside, but for getting a good night's sleep the setup is very nice. It was clean, modern, and there were not as many bugs as I had expected for the island location. Truly, it was a comfortable stay. The area is very quiet/residential, safe, and set off from the town and tourist activity. It's a short drive to town and necessities like groceries and restaurants. The coastal sites are all within reach - even the southern stretch of beaches were still a reasonable drive. Kristen was fantastic as our point of contact. She was quick to respond to questions (of which we had quite a few with kids and complicated travel schedule). She was so welcoming and she really cared for us. I could not have asked for a better experience! If you're looking for a retreat with easy access to all the adventures, sites, and natural beauty of Bonaire, this is the place. If you have a group needing to appeal to both pool loungers and explorers, this is the place. If you want action and stumbling distance from nightlife, look elsewhere. But if anyone asks me for recommendations for a great place on Bonaire, this is the one.

Wonderful week in Bonaire....we will be back!

This was our first trip to Bonaire and definitely won't be our last! Booking a vacation rental in a foreign country is always a little scary....you worry about being taken advantage of. Kristen was able to help communicate back with us so we knew that it was a legitimate rental and that there would be a great place for the family to enjoy. Luckily for us when we arrived, it was easy for us to figure out how to get to the community. It's a short drive from the airport, yet in a nice, secluded part of the island. And even though it's about 10 minutes to the main part of the island, you are seconds away from great dive / snorkeling sites! Kristen provided us with a list of stores and restaurants to consider for our trip. When we landed, we decided to skip shopping and headed straight to the house. Upon arrival, we found out that the fridge was broken. Had we bought a weeks worth of groceries, they would have been ruined. Kristen notified us that they were trying to get someone to come repair the fridge for us. Since it was a Saturday, we figured it would be hard to get someone until Monday. Luckily we were able to go down the road and get items we could cook for the night. On Monday, Kristen let us know that they would be purchasing a new fridge since the repairs would not be completed during our time there. They soon had a brand new fridge in and a reservation at Rum Runners for us as a thank you! Kristen was in contact with us for most of the week, helping as needed and making sure all of our needs were met. She was like our own concierge for the trip! The house is very nice. The kids particularly loved the pool and the mosquito nets at the house. We loved that we could pop down to Oil Slick, Jeff Davis and 1000 Steps and be back in a couple of minutes. The back patio and roof top deck were especially nice to hang out on...I think we spent more time there than inside the home. The oven took some time to figure out, but we eventually got the hang of it. There is enough breeze around the house that you can open up the back and front and not worry about the AC. If you are considering a trip to Bonaire, you should consider this home. It's slightly higher than the condos closer into the city, but the privacy (we never heard / saw the neighbors) and the private pool are worth it. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us, and if the kids had brought friends, there was still room! Rent a pick up truck and take an afternoon discovering the island!

Fantastic property

This was our fifth trip to Bonaire and after staying at a different place each visit I believe we’ve found our ‘go-to’ vacation rental for future trips. Kristen and Rob were fantastic. Any questions/concerns we had were answered immediately. The house is easy to get to, very safe, private, comfortable and has some of our favorite views on the island. We spent most of our time during the day in the back yard and in the pool and then at night we sat on the rooftop deck and watched the stars. The house has everything you need including a rinse tank in the front with an area to hang your scuba gear. It was very well thought out. All the appliances are new and the bbq grill was great to have. We’ll definitely return soon.

OMG Amazing!

We did not know what to expect, but were completely overwhelmed by Vila La Brisa! The views, locations, sunsets and the Vila are absolutely stunning and as promised. The Managment team is on site and very accommodating and professional! If you are looking for a snorkeling or diving vacation spot there are no other on the island that even comes close! Completely satisfied! 5 stars!

Awesome!

When we arrived at the villa, we were welcomed "Bon Bini" by Kristen. She immediately showed us to the living area that opens up to the amazing view of the water. We loved the pool as it provided us with the ability to cool off and enjoy the awesome view at the same time. The furniture around the pool is perfect with a double day bed, 2 lounge chairs and 2 love seats. We loved the outer/lower deck that is at the edge of the property. Here we enjoyed the color contrast of the shallow and deep waters. It is nestled into the garden with its various cacti, flowers and plants. The bird watching right here is awesome with our favorite being the parrots. We saw many different varieties of from tiny humming birds to huge hawks. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. The master suite is spacious with a large 2 person shower, lots of closet space and a very comfortable king bed with high quality linens. We spent most evenings on the roof top deck enjoying the wonderful breezes and sunsets. This was our first trip to Bonaire and we loved every minute. We snorkeled at a different site every day. We loved the ease of access to the sea and the sites are all well marked with mooring buoys. This villa and Bonaire offered us everything we were looking for and more. Rob and Kristen were awesome hosts. They are accommodating, available and responsible without ever being intrusive. We hope to return.
