Large, comfortable house and yard located on a beautiful lake.

Bring extended family or a group of friends to this great house with lots of room for fun, on a beautiful lake, just minutes drive from downtown Pittsfield. Spend time together in the open dining room & living room, play games, do puzzles, prepare meals in the large kitchen, watch TV (there are 4 TVs in the house). BBQ on the back deck and enjoy the large yard. In summer, swim & relax by the pool, & use the dock to take kayaks or a canoe out for a paddle. The house is a short walk from the town beach that has a public swimming area and a paved walking path along the beautiful lake. 12 minutes to Jiminy Peak. 25 minutes to Tanglewood. 35 minutes to Mass MoCA.

I grew up in the Berkshires, and moved back here after college because I love the area so much. I like hosting people here so they can enjoy this beautiful area from the comfort of our great house.

Why they chose this property

Our house is in a great location on a beautiful lake with hills in the distance. This is quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street, which makes it a nice place to go for walks. The town beach and park are right at the end of the road.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because we have a heated inground pool and we are also located right on a lake. We have a dock that guests can use during the warmer months to go kayaking and canoeing.
