The road noise was horrible with people partying. The window blinds did not work. In the middle of the night one blind feel down and the street/garage lights across the street were so bright. The key box didn’t work. The towels were not in the bathroom. Found them in the dryer. One towel in the bathroom had a long black hair on it and it was dingy. It likely to return. The property is cool it just needs some TLC.

Loud loft with a lack of communication

The first red flag should've been the property manager not responding to a couple questions before our stay. We arrived in Dallas with absolutely no information about checking in. After calling VRBO, we received instructions but the 100+ character URL did not work as a link, so we had to type it in manually to figure it out. Thank goodness my college daughter was with me because it involved a door code, a separate lockbox code, key fob to get through additional doors. Once we settled in, things improved. Place is as it appears in photos mostly. We could not find a trash can or trash bags, but managed with the one in the bathroom. For those not used to city living, the street is noisy with revving engines, honking, sirens, screaming people all night, every night. Also, Dallas has a large population of unhoused individuals downtown, so I do not recommend staying alone.

Unpredictable

In all honesty, my spouse and I never got even to see the room. The instructions to get into the room were difficult to download. When we finally got the check-in process started, the critical fob needed to access the entryway and elevator to the room. The host doesn't have a direct contact number, and Vrbo customer service had to be the third-party intervenor (which was time-consuming). Given the location and lack of parking, we almost got towed waiting for the host to assist us in getting upstairs. Consequently, I missed the event I traveled to town to attend. Hopefully, other guests will have better luck
