Ideal for cruise layovers & exploring Miami, within a ten-minute drive of Brickell, Gables and the airport.

Large garden with fruit trees - fully fenced - the property consists of one spacious bedroom, with a Nectar Premier Hybrid Mattress for a great night’s sleep.

Comfortable electric couch with charge ports, OLED Sony TV, central A/C and large table, ideal for dining, spreading out and doing work. Washer/dryer included, and lastly my upright Wurlitzer piano for your enjoyment.
The space
Ideal place to explore Miami, central location in a quiet residential area.

Large corner lot with a full fence and parking available.

Entering the guest house you are welcomed into the large living room, through which you will find the kitchen. To the right a hallway leads to the bedroom and bathroom, while a door in the kitchen opens up to the utility room with a washer and a dryer for guest use.

There are fresh towels and bedding in the small hallway closet.

The entire house has central A/C. There is a window A/C in the bedroom for additional cooling if needed.
Guest access
All areas are available except for the locked closet in the bedroom.

Please feel free to enjoy the large garden and fruit trees on the lot.
Other things to note
This is a residential neighborhood but there are a lot of restaurants, coffee houses, grocery stores and other shops within five minutes of the house.

I take pride in providing a smoke-free home for guests to enjoy. Due to the difficulty of removing the smell there is no smoking on the property and a smoking penalty charge of $1,000 will be charged to the guest for violating this policy in addition to any additional costs incurred.

Please note the check-out time of 11 AM and kindly make sure to follow this as there are no exceptions and a full day will be charged after this time. If there’s any delays or you need an extension please notify me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
