Two story, three bedroom, two bath contemporary house on a gently sloping lot surrounded by trees. This family property totals 6 acres and over 200' of waterfront! Home includes all you would expect with central a/c, full linens & towels, washer/dryer and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Charming screened porch and large deck. First floor master bedroom with queen bed, upstairs master bedroom with queen bed, and third bedroom with double bed and bunk beds. TV's with DVD library and plenty of books, board games and even a Foosball table and dart board in the game room! Fully equipped kitchen with commercial grade ice maker plus extra refrigerator in the game room. Fantastic covered pier with swim platform with use of 20' covered boat slip and 2 kayaks. Nearby restaurants and marina boat launches. We have WiFi and cable and smart TV (there is no land line phone at house). Maximum overnight capacity is 8 adults and kids under 2 stay free. Cleaning fee is included in rent (may be extra with vrbo) Pet fee is separate. Max. rental period is 2 weeks.
