Welcoming get away centrally located 2 bedroom 2 bath home with split floor plan

Easy location with CoCo Plum Shopping Center 2 miles away. Grab groceries or do general shopping and settle in. Neighborhood is welcoming. Plan your day trips to the beaches, Ringling Bros Circus Museum and Ringling's gorgeous summer home, walk .8 mile Blue Ridge Park with a peaceful swing and a wonderful Kayak put in area. Englewood, Venice fairly close. Visit the Marie Selby Gardens, Marietta Museum of Art & Whimsy. Sarasota and Fort Meyers are about 45 min. At the end of the day, grill out and relax on the screened porch with breeze from the ceiling fan. Take a drive to Port Charlotte Beach Park and watch the sunset and stop at Sweet Scoops Ice Cream ,but go early there will be a line. We have had so many great days exploring, dining on the water, discovering restaurants. It's so beautiful around there.
