This lovely apartment runs the entire length of a beautiful two-family private house. The house has a landscaped flowery front yard. Due to the width of the apartment, it has 4 windows and 2 glass doors. Private entrance to the light-filled living room with modern open kitchen including dishwasher and a washer/dryer! The master bedroom is spacious and opens to a private outdoor patio. Self-controlled European style heating panel (no steam heating); penny tiles in bathroom and bamboo flooring.

Great Brooklyn stay

Amazing stay! Comfortable, clean. Private entrance. Easy access to property and parking was always ample. The owner jing was very helpful upon arrival!

Nice apartment in a nice Brooklyn neighborhood

This is a nice, well equipped apartment in a nice neighborhood in Brooklyn. Good restaurants and the park are in walking distance. Manhattan can be reached easily using the F train

Great little apartment nice local neighbourhood

Basically a well equipped property with everything you need like hairdryer iron clothes washing drying bath and shower. To assist the owner manager: Could have been perfect with a spare toilet roll (!) a few scoops of washing powder and some tea bags ie stuff to see is over a day or so and needed a bit more cleaning especially the floor which had cleaning mop (blue fluffy bits come off on your feet) dust on it, plus a good tidy outside both front and back (rubbish evident). But nothing major and mainly stuff we could correct Otherwise all good and a great apartment for two we would happily rent again.

Great stay in Brooklyn

My family of four (two toddlers) really enjoyed our stay in Park Slope. Great location, easy communication with Jing, very clean rental. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby and easy access to the train to get anywhere in the city.

Very convenient area to Prospect Park, Restaurants and grocery stores. Unit was clean and had great storage. Bathroom lighting could have been better. Difficult to use mirror when getting ready.

Quiet little apartment in Slope

This quiet and comfortable apartment was perfect for our needs. Set in Park Slope the apartment is close to good dining and the wonderful Prospect park which features Brooklyn Museum and Botanical gardens. Our hosts came to answer any questions and then left us to enjoy the serene privacy of the apartment. Looking forward to another visit whenever we need a place to stay in NYC.

lovely apartment on quiet block in Park Slope

This is a lovely apartment, well furnished well kept up. Great deep soaking bathtub as well as shower. Comfortable bed. Property owner lives upstairs and is very friendly and helpful.

Very nice apartment in a very nice neighborhood

My wife and I come to New York to enjoy the Broadway plays and normally stay in Manhattan but this trip we decided to visit my mother's old stomping ground in Brooklyn and are glad we did. The apartment is very nice and clean, and in a very nice neighborhood, the place is comfortable and homey and Jing the landlord lives upstairs if you need anything (we never did) and she is very accommodating. As with most Homeaway rentals, bring your own bathroom tissue and a bar of soap, the kitchen is well stocked including a wine opener, there is a clothes washer but no dryer, if you need an iron Jing may have one, we didn't ask. The appliances are new and there is a full bathroom, all in all this is much better than a hotel room. The location is great, short walking distance to markets, a multitude of restaurants, two subway stops, bars, and several churches in the area. We had a great time and will make this our first consideration for our next trip to New York. Barrett and Shelley Nelson

Beautiful apartment

This is a beautiful apartment, conveniently located near great restaurants, shops and the park. The owner is extremely nice and accommodating. We hope to stay here again when visiting family!

Neat place with a very friendly tenant

I really enjoyed my short stay at this apartment. It is very conveniently located between 6th and 7th avenue in Park Slope, with lots of cafes, restaurants and other stores within easy 5 min walking distance - Mrs Jing Jia, the tenant, provided a customized list of recommended places on the day I arrived. The place is not huge but has 2 nice large rooms with modern outfitting, it's very clean, and for my situation it had all that was needed in terms of cutlery and appliances. The 2 best things about my stay were the bed (very comfy!) and the tenant's kindness - Jing even lent me an umbrella cause it was raining hard. I can certainly recommend the place. It is ideal for one person or a couple, even a small family of 4 for a short stay. Thank you Jing!

Great place to call home!

We had a wonderful experience with this rental; walking distance to many great Brooklyn spots and the owner was great to work with! The owner provided great recommendations for dining/shopping nearby. Perfect place to stay when visiting family in the area!

Great hostess, property in excellent condition, convenient location

We stayed at this apartment in Brooklyn for 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a nice residential neighborhood and there are many restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. There are two subway stations within 5-10 minutes walk, which provided convenient connection to most major attractions in the NY metro area. The property is well-maintained and the kitchen is well-stocked with essential items. We were highly impressed by the hostess's eagerness to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. If we are back in the area, we will definitely consider staying here again.

Super great apartment in exceptional lovely. Park slope. Close to everything. Walk a few blocks in any direction for groceries, great delis, amazing g prospect park, subway super resteraunts. Jing. Great Apartment, Great Location. This is the way to see NY

My husband and I wanted to take our twin 12yr old boys to see NYC. We didn’t want to stay in Manhattan (the city that never sleeps) nor be on top of each other in a tiny hotel room. We found this wonderful Brooklyn apartment which worked out perfectly for us. The unit was nicely furnished, spotless, and well equipped (e.g., all the kitchen equipment you'll need). Everything was great. The unit is in a quiet location close to the subway and only a 25 min ride into downtown. There were kids and families out walking and talking to one another, lots of local shops, restaurants and markets. We felt very safe and welcome. Jing was a pleasure to work with and made the entire experience wonderful.

Very Good Rental !!

Since this was our 1st visit to NY city, we were recommended to check out Park Slope. There we found this apt. that was very comfortable & modern, clean & new. 3 blocks to the subway & 2 blocks to lots of cuisine for every taste & budget. We felt very safe and definitely want to come back & check out more things that we didn't have time for. We would definitely stay in this apt. again. It was delightful to see the neighborhood w/the fall foliage & Halloween decorated brownstones. Thank you Jing.

Perfect home away from home

This apartment was so clean and tastefully decorated. The bed is very comfortable. The living room furniture is welcoming. It is a beautiful home inside and out. The location is very safe and lovely as well. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Brooklyn, New York. We enjoyed the service and menu at Little Purity located on the corner of 7th Avenue and 12th Street and ShangHai Cuisine in China Town located in Manhattan. Clean, Contemporary, Spacious - Great Location!

Everything is provided for a wonderful stay in this roomy, comfortable apartment. Jing, the owner was most helpful in providing information about the neighborhood and specific needs we had to make our stay pleasant. The neighborhood is very safe and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The subway is only 3 blocks away making it easy to get anywhere in New York. I would highly recommend this apartment and location and plan to stay here on my next visit to New York.
