Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Brand New Home in Fun Community
Beach House is brand new, very clean and properly stocked. Golf cart made trips to beach easy peasy and we appreciated the 4 beach chairs provided as well. There were also several beach tents and plenty of kids sand toys. Kitchen had nice new pots/pans/knives and plenty of plates & silverware. It was easy to cook many meals including use of the gas grill. We loved the area - different beaches within 20 min, fishing, kayaking etc. Plenty of restaurants. Make sure you hit a big grocery store on your way in. The local one was pricey. Wifi worked great for working from home. We loved coffee and baked goods from Bayside Bakery, sandwiches from Dagwoods, Poke from Port Poke (fav spot), St Joe Shrimp Co fresh take-home seafood.
