Welcome to our beautiful, 500 sq ft, lofted tiny house! Sunlight and views of the South Hills greet you through the windows. Enjoy the friendly, quiet neighborhood from the porch. You are across the street from the meadow behind Tugman Park, and minutes from the University of Oregon campus, hiking, shopping, and restaurants. Two bicycles are provided for you to enjoy. With an inspiring, cozy space, helpful hosts, and easy access to all that Eugene has to offer, we know you'll enjoy your stay.

Ayva is a student at the U of O majoring in Communication Disorders and Sciences in pursuit of becoming a speech language pathologist. She is an avid runner and loves to run up at Mount Pisgah and Mount Baldy. Growing up in Eugene, she loves the outdoor spaces offered in the area like: bike rides along the river, kayaking the Willamette, and hiking at Spencers Butte. Many years ago, she asked her dad if they could build a tiny house in their backyard for her to live in. In 2023, that dream became a reality!
Bryan is a, husband; father; National Board Certified, elementary school, English as a New Language teacher; and lead singer songwriter for the local band Twisted River - Country, Blues, Rock, Revelry! (www.reverbnation.com/oregontwistedriver) He loves taking on challenging, creative endeavors. In 2023 he embarked upon one of the most demanding projects he may ever complete, building this little house!
