• NO PETS. Sorry, pets are not allowed per the Homeowner's Association

• Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the check-in date will receive 100% refund
• Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund
(refund may be up to 100% per owner review, and also f the dates are re-rented)
